Long story short - I backed over a snow shovel and tore my bumper off. I attempted to put it back in place myself, and thought I had. But, after a day of driving, I found that wasnt the case, as both my bumper and splash guard were sorely out of place. When I got home after an 11 hour work day and driving through the snow, I tried to place everything back myself. I couldnt do it. I called the dealer I bought my car from, as they were close by, but no one answered. Increasingly frustrated, and now cold/wet/tired/hangry, I visited Firestone, as they were the next closest place. This was 6p on a snowy evening, and I needed to be into work for 6a the following day. Realistically, the last thing I wanted to do was sit in an auto shop for hours, and the first thing I wanted to do was eat dinner and take a hot shower. Unfortunately, it looked like the former was going to win out. The team working, Christian and the technician, were more than helpful. They got my car into the shop immediately, were able to get everything back in place the best the could, and could clearly explain the me what needed to be done to fix the problem long term, showing me how I damaged my bumper (broken fins) and what that meant for the front end assembly long term. (Aside from not backing over snow shovels, I needed a new bumper.) I was there about 20 minutes. The service was quick but thorough. I drove to work on the highway the next day and everything held in place. I would be more than happy to recommend this location to anyone.

I took a 07 Sentra car which i wanted to purchase from a private party. I booked an appointment with them to thoroughly inspect the car for any mechanical / electrical issues. (broadly, anything non cosmetic).. they said the car is very good & there are absolutely no issues. trusting them, i purchased the car. when i got it inspected by someone who works on cars, he pointed out the following -- rattling sound from drivers door.. window makes noise while going down/coming up.. the metal bracket which holds the motor & regulator was broken.. got it welded. $130, taped mass air flow hose/air filter hose -- got new one off amazon for $65, absent battery clamp- $7, engine oil that is almost due for change $20. transmission fluid almost overdue for change ($200)... dirty engine air filter+cabin air filter.. ($18). add $30 for labor.. all these, within first 200 miles of purchase -$470 strangely, none of this was visible to Firestone experts...

This place used to be good, nice, clean, professional and manager Zimerman was very customer oriented. Now, even if you are the first person to check in plus hand the keys for an inspection, and another person comes after you in after a minute and checks in....well expect to be skipped over. I pointed out to the incompetent young kid at the desk about this. His excuse was that the person that checked in after us was waiting outside in his car. Then why didnt he checked in if he was early? Plus this person had a car that took 30 min to pass the inspection. Mine took about 8 min. So, since I am not vauled as a customer, I will take my 3 cars that I own and used to bring them to this Firestone, to another shop that at least is competent to respect the order people checked in. Yes, we did get an apology but how is that going to fix my agravation caused by their delay?

I went for Wheel Alignment and I was told immediately to replace the tires. After getting the new tires and alignment done, my car started drifting towards the right. I went back 3 times and told them that the situation has gotten worse but none of them was able to figure out, why the car drifted towards the right. Finally I was told that none of them can do anything about it. I was charged around $300 for tires, $ 80 for wheel alignment and $80 as labor charges. Even now the car doesnt run smoothly.

My truck was in the shop for an hour for a tire patch .first they did not do anything to the tire .they could not find any of there patchs .then they came out and told me I need a new tire that they did not have and I would have to wait for 3 more hours . I wish I knew town fair tire was down the street .I got my tire fixed front alignment and Balanced for less than half the price .I will not go back to Firestone with any of my company trucks

Took my truck in it was running rough. They replaced the plugs and wires did a good job it runs good. When my wife went in to pick it up they told her that we had a loose ball joint and it would be $600 to fix it and it was so bad it was a safety issue. Fortunately I got a second opinion. The next place said that after a thorough inspection of the front end they couldnt find anything that needed to be replaced.

When I called to schedule an appointment for an emissions test, they failed to mention they only take cash for emissions tests (they also dont make appointments for that service). When I asked for the hours they said Monday-Friday, till 7:00. I drove there to find out they stop running emissions tests @ 5:00, even though they close at 7:00. All which could have been stated on the phone the first time I called.

Always friendly. Always explain thoroughly what the issues are and what they feel should be done. Always fair with pricing. Have checked what they do and suggest with other knowledgable people and the repairs always make sense. It is nice to have a place to go I can trust. Had the same experience in the Springfield, MA location. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This is the worst garage in town. The quality of work is, mediocre at best. They put a baseball sized sent in my car. Corporate opened a "ticket". Its been 2 months and I havent received a single phone call or email. Ive reached out to them over 10 times. STAY FAR AWAY!

Be careful when you get an oil change and make SURE you check that they have topped off all fluids. It could have been a simple mistake or how they conduct business. The latter is likely, because their reasoning for not filling the fluids was a new employee.

Great experience. Dave was extremely helpful when I needed new tires for my truck . They got exactly the tires I wanted and were very prompt with my appointment. I was in and out in under an hour getting 5 new tires.

It would be nice if you posted the hours you are open and close. So you can plan your time better. The directions are good, but the time was important to me.

Good , friendly staff. They also provide good suggestions on the service needed. Have good variety of tyres , and price match option too. Oil change took around 30 mins.

I always bring my truck to Firestone in Enfield. Friendly and competent service everytime I have my oil changed. This is coming from a former manager of a garage.
