I trust Imported Auto to tell me when a repair or maintenance service is required or a "nice to have". They have helped me keep my cars working beautifully for well into the 200k range of miles. Angelo and his staff and crew explain the work to be done in a way I can grasp it and feel comfortable authorizing it to be done. They honor my AAA membership, gave me rides to work when I needed them, call me if estimates change, and complete the work when promised. I almost forgot - they also have a payment option that allows 6-month no interest payments. Honest, professional, thorough and wonderfully personable service every time. Im lucky to have Imported Auto Center for my mechanics.

Ive been taking my 2007 SAAB to this shop for years. I go back because they are honest, do excellent work and are very, very respectful to women. Never condescending or trying to talk you into a repair you dont need or want. They will tell me if a repair is necessary or not and always call before they make any repair or perform a service on the car we didnt talk about when I dropped it off. They leave my car clean and finish the work on or before schedule. The prices are very reasonable and well below the dealers costs. I know why theyve been in business since 1981. They are just great and I cant recommend them highly enough.

I own several vehicles. Over the last few years each have been serviced or repaired at Import Auto. I have found Import Auto is more than current and up to date with the latest factory upgrades and information. Their work is excellent, they take a personal interest in you as a customer. I have found on more than one occasion Import Auto is light years above the dealership that has serviced my imports in the past, no doubt they have saved me time and money. Turns out they werent able to help me fix my flat because the tire was busted, but they helped me understand why the tire shouldnt continue to get used after they inspected it, and let me know of a nearby place to get it taken care of. Both guys were really helpful and nice even though they didnt have much incentive since they werent getting business out of it. Thats a good sign that you can trust these guys.
