12/7/2016 Mr. Abubaka Mohammed came in around 4:00 on a Friday afternoon with a heater hose issue. We were extremely busy, but told him we’d have a look at it for him. We informed him up front of our flat hourly rate of 125.00, with a minimum of an hour for Tractor Trailers. He said he had tried to do this repair on his own. On further inspection we found that out of the four hoses there was a split on the back side of one of the lines, and the clamp was only three quarters of the way on? These clamps are spring loaded and take a special tool for installation. They are in a difficult location to get at, even with the proper tools. When we came across this issue we told Mr. Abubaka our findings and he immediate accused us of this damage. We informed him the proper repair would be to drain the system and replace the line. This would take between ½ an hour to an hour. He demanded we do this work for free with no additional charges. We said we were sorry but we could not do that. We installed all the hoses and clamps properly and sent Mr. Abubaka on his way. I’ve been in this business for over 30 years. Unfortunately this is the thanks you get some times. Some people can be very demanding and unpleasable? I suppose in every line of business? Note: Mr. Abubaka Mohammed is A-1 Trucking and has written two reviews? Sincerely, Robert F. Oct.08,12- This is my 2nd time using C&R because something caused my check engine light to come on in my car. This time I walked in told him what was going on they got codes & fixed the problem the same day. No appt to come back another day, no outrageous DEALER PRICES & no headaches. Ill be using C&R for all my mechanical needs.....Thanks job well done AGAIN

I had a very positive experience at C&R, Ive had bad experiences with auto repair places in the past and was relieved that I finally found a place I can trust to get my car fixed right. The owner Bob was great and made sure that everything was taken care of. The office staff were really helpful. Great Service. Will be taking my car there from now on.

Worse shop ever, owner broken a hose and wanted to charge $125 to replace it, they are rip offs, stay away.

MUST WATCH of the day

$125 just to retighten 3 hose clamps plus taxes $137 what a rip off gimmicks.
