Charles is my savior! My husband and I live in the south eastern portion of the state. I had a meeting at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown last night, LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO. Much to our dismay, when the meeting ended (around 8 p.m.), our car would not start. We didnt know anyone in the area and after giving ourselves a brief "freak out" moment we got on track. We needed two things to happen, rather quickly. First, we needed to secure a ride home. A ride that taking an hour, most people dont want to take at bedtime. Called my wonderful mother and our ride was secured. Next...what to do about our car. We only have one, I dont drive due to a back injury and its our only way around. We figured a local business was our best bet. Untouchable Towing is open 24 hours a day. Shouldnt all tow companies? Charles answered right away and we discussed the problem. The car was towed to the shop and he called us in the morning to tell us what was wrong. It was pretty much what I thought it was, he was honest about it, AND HE GAVE A MUCH BETTER PRICE THAN A DEALERSHIP WOULD HAVE! He said hed get to work and let us know when he was finished. And now, 22 hours after we found ourselves stranded, our car is finished. Thank you so much for working so hard for us. It is greatly appreciated!

This place is great! If you want a straight forward man, this is the place to go! He took my car, i brought him the parts, and told me everything i needed extra, because he doesnt cut corners! He showed me everything that was wrong, and everything i needed to get! I see the reviews on this site about charles. I have known him for about 11 years never did me wrong! Always told me like it was! If your too much of a sissy to be told the truth, and be straight forward, then your probably going to be taken as a mark, and get screwed everywhere you go! Trust me we need more mechanics in the world like this one! Ill be back for more service! If you think your going to try to get over on this company your sadly mistaken! Great place! Hope he keeps doing his thing!!!

I highly recommend this place both times this week i needed help these guys came to my recuse didnt make me wait owner is amazing person very kind harded honest and looks out for people and thats hard to find it wasnt all about money it was making sure i was safe vehicle to run right and they offered me pizza lol i even had them fix my truck needed alot of work and got it done same day worked with me doubt any other place would of did it they would took me for a run for money i cant thank this place enough they went well out and beyond for me and the price i doubt anyone can beat i will be spreading name out

What a great experience! Charles couldnt have been more kind or accommodating! We had to get a car checked out mechanically before we purchased it and he made time to fit us in that day and at such a good price! He gave me resale information and what he thought about the car. Its great to see a small business do well by great and honest service!! Very trustworthy.

Reliable and quick service. I had issues starting my car. I was told it was my battery. Charles came at 11pm within 20 mins of a phone call to service my vehicle. I was on the road and on my way home. I purchased a new battery thr next day and low and behold it was definitely a bad battery. One if the cells were dead. Thanks Charles!!!

I was stuck on the side of Rte 2... Untouchable Towing happened to be in the area: quick pick up, professional, & courteous. I definitely would recommend. Bonus - they do repairs! Ive never had a good experience with a Towing company until now!

do not bother. cheep until they get you on the hook. the price changed from the time i called until they unhooked. call other people, not them. dont even bother with getting things worked on there. dont ask them to tow you.
