When you bring your car or truck to Ultimate Auto, they give it a thorough going over and let you know what is coming up for you. This is massively different from other mechanics, who will fix what you brought in and try to diagnose what you are having problems with. They want to get you ahead of the game. I had my air conditioner changed out on my Honda CR/V. Despite the problems with the job, they did the job easily and professionally, leaving my vehicle clean and ready to go. Their thorough check-out apprised me of upcoming issues, which I have scheduled for this vehicle to take care of before problems arise. And, if you have transportation issues, they have that covered with their loaners. If your car or truck needs service, take it here. If you have a fleet, they can take the worry off your head and manage your fleet according to a reasonable schedule, rather than on an emergency basis.

I called for a routine tire service appointment and bulb replacements on short notice. They fit me in due to an opening and they found a rim problem that was from a pot hole I encountered. The one rim was in bad shape, I was offered options, repaired the rim in a timely manner and at a good price. Overall very satisfied with the service and the service team staff.
