I took them as my regular service for quite a while when I moved nearby. I dont know much about cars so sometimes the only thing I can do is follow their "suggestions" to change this or that with a high cost. Of course there might be indeed a problem which does cost that much, but I just have such a strong feeling that something is not right. Almost every time I do oil change they will "diagnose" some "serious" problems and ask me to change. I change my oil regularly and usually only every 4-5 month for the most and I only drive <15miles per day, and I just dont understand why my car suddenly has these many problems every 4 months during this period, even though its a 98, used car. Some other times I just feel they are charging me way more than it actually cost, but again since I dont know much about cars theres no direct evidence. Now it seems make sense, after i checked others reviews about this store. Besides, what I do notice is that sometimes their work is not performed as what they promise. For example, they claimed free courtesy check is included in every oil change, but Ive noticed several times that they just check everything green, while I clearly know in the previous report some items are checked yellow and I havent addressed that. Also once I made an appointment at 1:30, but my car still waited outside for at least two hours. No one was taking care of it, unless I asked again (not to mention its hard to get them since no ones at the front desk for long time). Things like these.

Went there for the $21 oil change and tire rotation and brake inspection with coupon. The guy said they don't rotate the tires inless you have them balanced for $9 each. Which is nuts and takes the good deal out of it and it's a bait and switch on the coupon. Watch from the waiting room and the guy never check out the brakes or ever said anything about them at the end. Only said I need a new drive belt because it had cracks in it but check after I left and it looked like new. Don't go to these guys they are crooks go else where. My $21 oil change coasted $62. I should have just did it myself and saved ~$40. Ive had better luck at the valvoline near the Wh res. On top of this all my owners manual says 4.2 qts of oil and they put 5qt in and never check the dips stick to see it had to much in it.

Worst customer service ever. I have never posted a review for anything but I have to because I read reviews here and went to the shop. I just came back from the shop without getting my oil change even though I made an appointment for that. I waited there for one hour for an oil change. I couldnt really wait longer so I asked the manager (or owner perhaps) when my car get oil changed. Then, he said some will do it soon. He was just RUDE and said he was busy with fixing some other cars. Ok... there were so many people taken care of who came after me and he was saying like I am the problem, WHY do you make an appointment first then? I will never go there again. I hate RUDE and impolite people, especially when I am a customer who spends money for the service.

Called ahead for emissions testing right before I arrived. They said the wait would be about 10 minute. The sales guy was polite on the phone. Rolled in for a walk-in appointment. Recently broke my heel so Im on a rolling scooter. There is no way their store entrance is ADA compliant, the wheelchair ramp was more of a step. Lobby is a bit hot, could help to have some A/C Friendly sales guy, but took almost 30 minutes from when I dropped my keys off. I dont recommend this place, but if youre fine with waiting then itll do. 3 stars for the longer wait and wheelchair ramp/lack there of.

This is the worst place ever! Total rip-off. The mechanics are so inexperienced that they install the parts the wrong way to then say the vehicle has another problem, to charge you on top of what you already paid initially. I never take time to do reviews but I think what this place is doing is so abusive that I had to let other people know before they waste their time/money here. Thanks guys keep doing the worst job you can do. I do not wish to be contacted by this business to try to fix anything; I just want to let people know how they operate.

Another place with horrible customer service. Went for oil change and emissions test took 2hrs. Guy at front was rude and didnt seem friendly at all. Anytime a questions was asked I was made to feel like why am I asking a questio . Seemed like six people were in the back where the cars all just staring into space while one giy did all the work?? I will never go back there. They didnt even put a mat down before they stepped into my car with their dirty boots!!! People be bugging out. I work in customer service, I would never.

These guys are absolutely awesome. I needed an emissions test and am new to the area and didnt know where to go. I called and talked to Casey who was very friendly and helpful. I went in and they immediately got started. They had finished with my car within ten minutes. They have gained a customer for life from me. Cant thank them enough for being so helpful and so friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone and will be back whenever I need something done for my car!!

Terrible experience, my car was over heating in February they said it was thermostat ($500) I let them replace it. Less than a month later its over heating again they said it radiator is cracked I let them replace it ($700) now less than two months later over heating again they "think it may be the head gasket" (another $1500) have they been guessing all along with my money? I say no Im not paying them for another guess they hand me my key without a word. Terrible!!

I have been in this shop for a brake service. The manager told me that a specific part cost $155. His eventual estimate including labor was above $900. I found out that the part costs only $50 in Autozone. I eventually ended up taking the car to a different mechanic who did the job for $480. On the positive side, the manager was very helpful and polite and they did give me a diagnosis of my car for free.

Consistently provides excellent customer service! I worked with Casey as my advisor and Luis as the mechanic and they were both patient and provided excellent customer service. Casey provided estimates and updates on the progress of my diagnostic and later spent time with me explaining the issue. I would gladly recommend Midas to friends and return for future auto services.
