This service sucks! Each time Ive been here I wait over an hour. The first time I came for 4 new tires it took 3 hours. Then, after one month I got a screw in my tire and went back. They said it would take 45 min to one hour. I went back in an hour and they didnt even do anything to my tire at all because they saw that it wasnt able to be patched cause of where it was located, but I had already brought the tire into the store with me the first time and showed them where it was located and they said OK we can fix that. So as of now Im sitting here for another hour waiting for something they could of already told me while I was there the first time. Oh they had also said that it was gonna cost money out of pocket for the new tire even though I had the road Hazard warranty so these people dont even know there own warranty completely. It is ridiculous

This place is just horrible. I went in for a basic oil change. They said on the phone it would be a half hour wait but when I got there she didnt even greet me or stand up from her seat. She than said it would be an hour but over an hour and fifteen minutes in they havent even started it yet. I dont mind if people arent the most talkative but youre in customer service dummy. The hijab and pound of make up didnt bother me either but the irony is if she was this rude to a man at all in the middle east.... lets just say her day would end with more than the scowl she already had.

Outstanding service with very helpful and incredibly knowledgable staff. I got an oil change for just a tad bit over $19, which included a seemingly honest representation of what my car needed, which in this particular case was nothing. Shoutout to Ron (the gentleman who worked on my car) and Corey D.

I get general car maintenance preformed here, snow tires, breaks etc. Always had a good customer service experience. I was relieved to read that sears auto center was not going to close down in connection to the main sears store closure.
