Jack and his team have always bent over backwards to help me out whenever Ive had an issue with my cars over the 6 years Ive been going there. They have saved me serious money with their competitive pricing and common sense suggestions for how to resolve mechanical issues. Just this weekend Brian figured out a way to get my car back on the road on a Saturday afternoon so I wouldnt have to rent a car to get to work Monday morning. All of the work is guaranteed and youre greeted by name when you walk through the door. If youre looking for an honest garage, here it is.

I have been to this particular garage several times and never received anything less than personal, honest and friendly service and advice at very competitive prices. Today they found the reason for a problem which Ford said cant be fixed. Car drives better than new. Im technically inclined so I know if someone tries to take me for a "ride", these folks wont. They are now my first stop for all my automotive needs. Thank you and your team, Jack! Highly recommended!!!

Horrible service, charged me $150 for a wrong diagnosis without ever getting my consent for that amount of labor. Also, the manager Mike told me had drove my car 100 mph while diagnosing it. They offered me $100 of free labor after complaining for days but I WILL NEVER LET THEM TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN.

Stopped in yesterday when my tire pressure sensor went off while driving to Springfield, they brought my car in right away and checked all of the tires for me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, they were awesome and got me on my way to where i was going. 5 stars all day

They broke my car didnt put oil filter on correct leaked all oil everywhere and caused me to miss a funereal 600 miles away with out a care in the world the screwed me over
