This place has no customer service experience what so ever . My Father goes every year to the one I think its East Haven near Walmart over there and he barely has any problems . My Father went for the last 5 years to the other one and I always bought him the total that he would owe for Christmas in gift cards . A year ago was our first bad experience with easy haven . When I get the gift cards I always tell them what kind of trick my father drives because one its bigger and two I know it cost more to clean . I called East Haven asked if I bought the Gift cards in Milford if I could use them at any location , I was told yes and I also asked the price seeing they been going up in price . I go to Milford and tell them how much I would like on a gift card and explain the truck to them . The lady at the desk that doesnt belong working with people tells me its a hundred dollars more than the other place . I explain to her about East Haven and shes like I dont know why they would give you that price . I had to call the other place while she spoke spainish about me not thinking other people understand spainish to . I get a hold of East Haven and they told me theyll speak to her and theyll tell her to honor the price they gave me . The manager in Milford gave me the same price and I also had him write it down on a business card . My Fsther went to use it today , he said there very rude and they dont belong working in a place . The Milford car detailing doesnt do s good job at all , there rude and over charge . I think will be looking for a new place for my Dads truck to get cleaned .

This place is a scam. On the advice of several people, I took my car there to have a full bumper to bumper detail. My car had some deep scratches in it that I wasnt sure would be affected by the detailing, so the employee took a look and told me that the scratches would look better if I added the $65 wet-sand service to the package, which I did. Well, except for the lightest scratches, which should have been taken care of by a good buffing, there were no changes at all. When I went to pick up my car, no one said a single thing about this and, because it was pouring rain, I couldnt really inspect my car until the next morning, when I saw that all the scratches were right there. One would think that, after paying over $200 in service, I could at least get the decency of someone saying "we did the best we could, but it had little effect" or something like that. Or better yet, dont tell me that something will help when they likely knew very well that it wouldnt. But the story doesnt end there. Before the detailing, i took every last thing in the inside of my car and placed it in a white bag and tied it up tightly and put it in my trunk. A few days later, when I went to pull things out of the bag, I discovered by GPS was missing. Unfortunately, I have no proof that they took it, but I also know that I was nowhere else where someone could access my trunk. I learned an important lesson (besides never to go to this place again!) and that is to do homework on what services will actually benefit my car and also to take valuables with me when I leave my car somewhere.

Ill NEVER go back, what a scam, first time I went there I was in a hurry and wanted a quick oil change ,they did that and told me I needed lots of other items but I will admit I was a little rude and said no no just an oil change I need to get going and that was good, now the next time I go I get there and ask them for an oil change and please check my power steering fluid it makes a whining sound I hope it just low and I dont need something repaired after about 5 min the guy tells me to come around they want to show me how lucky I am,I look at my car and they have the hood up and I have coolant all over the engine and even on the windshield they tell me it just blew off the radiator cap and Im lucky it didnt happen on the road,I didnt believe it for a second I asked if I needed a new cap and they said no Im lucky then they told me I needed to flush my radiator thats why it blew up and my power steering was full but it needed a flush, they wanted me to spend over $500 for all the flushing and filters I told them no just fill the spilled coolant and change air filter & oil the left all the coolant on my car they told me I get a free car wash, well a few days later I had my water pump go and took it to a mechanic and he showed me they never changed my oil filter but charged me and my power steering was bone dry..do not believe anything this place tells you stay far away

Ive been to a lot of car washes in my years and even detailed cars for a few years but I have to say personal touch car wash really stands out above everybody else. The quality in the service is exceptional and for those of you afraid to visit based on reviews... Go see for yourself! If your not happy review them with your experience but you will be hard pressed to find a car wash that has 8-10 people actually working on your car and treating it as their own. Update-1/28/17-your welcome it was and continues to be a pleasure to utilize your business. Since I last wrote this review I have added one additional car to the monthly plan. A special thank you goes to all the hard working woman and men that spend their days making our cars shine.

These guys have been reliable and dependable for routine service like oil changes. There usually is not a wait and the prices are competitive. You also get good discounts on there car wash services when you have maintenance work done which is a nice plus. The only thing is that usually they try to up-sell you on additional maintenance work while they are working in your car. If you really need additional stuff done its not always a bad deal and they discount the work if you get more done... But I often am offered things I know I dont need at the time. Once you make it clear you are not interested they dont push it too hard. You can also find decent coupons for this place online so check that first before you show up.

Young females beware! Not only will a trip to Personal Touch leave you feeling nothing but debased and dirty (the washers and mechanics do nothing but hoot, holler, heckle and flat out disrespect anything with female organs), but you will be SCAMMED! Big guy behind the counter at the oil change thought hed pull a fast one on me and tried to con me into getting an air filter change. He showed me the most filthy, encrusted filter you could possibly imagine. I asked him to please put it back, as I can take care of this kind of maintenance on my own and for cheaper. Well when I got home I inspected my own air filter and it was clean as a whistle. This place lies, cheats and will SCAM THE CONSUMER. DO NOT GO HERE!
