Ive been here several times for an exterior wash, no frills, just the cheapest wash option. I went last week to get my car washed and vacuumed in order to sell it that day. The guy cleaning the inside BROKE OFF my rear view mirror. Im not just saying the adhesive came off but the entire rear view mirror came off, including some of the glass in the windshield (i.e., my windshield was now cracked). I get that accidents happen (however this might have occurred) but the worst part was their response to the incident. The cleaner left the rear view mirror hanging as if nothing had happened. The manager on duty did not seem to care too much that my windshield was now broken (on the day Im trying to sell my car) and he sent me down the street to get a repair shop to glue it back together. The girl at the register did not seem to care at all when I asked for the owners names (who conveniently were on vacation). This type of "customer service" is appalling and unacceptable by any business.

I am typically not one to complain, but because I had such a terrible experience at this car wash, I wanted to warn others before they go and are displeased as well. I got the full service wash of the interior and exterior. The interior came out okay (I could have done it better myself, and should have). The exterior looked like it wasnt even touched. There was still dirt all of the car. I called to complain, they said to bring it back no problem. When I got there, the guy that collects your money didnt speak or understand a word of English. The manager came out and was completely rude, unprofessional and should not be dealing with the public. DO NOT bring your car there for a wash. They do not deserve your business!

Have been going to the Miller Place Star Wash for years. Always had new vehicles. (Audi A6 and new Ram 1500) Love washing myself in the warm months. Miller Place has the cars so close together that sometimes doors touch each other, drives me nuts. Eager Beaver has a much better system for drying and doing the interiors. Some of the prior reviews here are not entirely true. No car wash takes the place of a full detail, or are as thorough as if you did it yourself. Been going there for two months every week and satisfied for the money. (And my car doors are not hitting another vehicle)

This place does a crappie job. I bought there best service and got the worst job. I shouldnt have to tell them what to do and what they missed. Poor attitude by the outside help, when you point out areas that were missed they talk between themselves and complain about having to do it again. The girls they have working cant be bothered to do a good job and dont touch it if its to high for them to reach. I would rather drive to St James to touch of class and get a quality job and wait to have it done right. I wouldnt waist my money or time again

Stay away from this place!!! Worst car wash place ever!!!! I got an exterior wash about a week ago but then scratches were all over my doors (Didnt see any scratches before I got it washed). I complaint about that and one of the workers put some kind of wax on the doors trying to cover/remove the scratches. Was told that they didnt see any scratches, and theyve never had it happen in the past. They didnt admit their fault at all. Never ever go to this place UNLESS you want to get scratches all over your car!!!

Hairline scratches all over my windshield about 30+ and 4-5 inches long. Was told that its from my snow scraper and cant be from their brushes, theyve never had it happen in 20 years. Given the run around about getting it fixed. Didnt see any scratches before I got it washed (at night) and noticed it first thing the next day as soon as I got in my car to commute. Deep enough and long enough scratches that insurance says the windshield needs to be replaced.

I have to agree with other posters, you do get scratched at this wash from their machines from time to time. Had it happen to three vehicles i haved owned over the years, all SUVs. To my jeeps rear bumper and to the doors in both my ford edge and ford explorer. But overall you do get a good wash but I feel its pricey if you get the best or the other full services. I prefer the night wash for exteroir only for ten bucks with rain-x

Have been going there for years despite the high price..always a decent wash..had a not so nice experience 2 times..inside not done so well went to mgmnt...well the last time I was there the 2 women doing my car refused to do the wheel service that I paid for...went to mgmnt.. AGAIN!!.....3 strikes ur out...used to be a friendly place....now just another overpriced crappy job car wash...save ur money...not worth it

The car still had dirty spots and they dented the freshly installed step bar on my truck somehow. A while back, I asked about an oil change for a Prius and after waiting 20 minutes for them to get to it they came out and told me they didnt have the tool needed for Prius. Really? Seems kind of like a restaurant that doesnt have forks. Later I found the special tool was available next door at Autozone.

My car hasnt had an interior cleaning for years and my exterior wasnt that great either, so i checked this place out because of the other great reviews and i was not disappointed at all. Really efficient, fast, and a great job overall. I got a complete interior/exterior for $26 plus tip. My car looks good as new now!

Worst car wash ever!! Do yourself a favor and go to Touch of Class! I just spent $35 and i have to wash it again myself! How does my truck start w bird crap on it and come out w the same bird crap on it and they dont do anything about it! They should call it a Car Wet! Thats basically all that happened, it got wet!

You will find no better car wash out there. This place will make your car look like new. They are quick, efficient, and very professional. The car wash club is MUST!! Its free and I receive regular discounts on my washes, plus every 10th wash is free. I highly recommend this place!!

Good up to. Dare equipment unlike some of the local car washes,and they arent afraid to use soap. Unfortunately, their packages and prices are way too expensive. $30+ for an interior/exterior with tire shine? No thanks.

Pretty good place, and the lube shop guys did a good oil service on my car. they showed me how filthy dirty my air filters were and filled my washer fluid. Very friendly. BRING A COUPON LOL

Horrible employees there. They wiped down my vehicle with a dirty rag and it was filled with sand. They actually destroyed my paint

Best car wash in town and Ive tried them all! Im in there monthly plan . For $20 a month I can wash my car as often as I want
