my mother who is 72 years old takes here car to get here oil changed for the last 2 years she took here car in last week the tire light was on so she asked the guy can you please check the tires lol well not only did they not check the tires after she asked again because the light was on when she got back in but one tired had almost no air 2 others were half flat but the worker asked not once but 2 times that she really need to change her transmission fluid funny how when I took into my friends shop he said you do not need to change it I call we d VIP to talk to a manger but one was not in they took my number but no call for the safety of your familys do not go to this plAce do not let them tell you you need something because they are a ripoff

After my oil change, the check engine light came on my 2013 chevrolet cruze. I took the car to my mechanic and back to Vip. The computer said it was an air leak but after checking for leaking, (there was no leaking) they reset the code and I left. Light came back on. I had to take to the chevy dealership. I had to pay for 1 hour of labor but they fixed the problem. I think they reinstalled the oil cap. The service description on the invoice did not make much sense but all I know is that they fixed the problem that VIP couldnt. I went back to VIP to talk to about this and I was told that they will take precaution but they did not do anything for me. I was very disappointed. I was a regular customer.

Falta de respeto es lo que existe en ese negocio... Como una persona que trabaje tome lo que no es suyo...tenia un dinero en unas de las gabetas... Y por arte de magia desaparece donde queda el respeto de lo ajeno sino toman medidas para esas personas van a pagar los inocentes...gente decentes que si trabajan para el pan

Just came back from an oil change and wash. Just noticed on my receipt that they put the wrong type of oil in my car. My receipt says 10w-30 when my car is supposed to have 5w-20. It clears says 5w-20 on the engine and the oil fill cap! When I went to pay, they said I wasnt in the system. Funny because Ive been there 6 other times for oil changes and you are supposed to get the 7th one free. VIP is still a great place, but I think when they get busy, they get sloppy. Im going to have to bring my car back now to get the right oil.

I asked about the detail package and decided on the 189.00 I asked three times... is headlights included ???they said yes yes yes ....came back car was A HOT MESS THEY SPRAYED THAT SHINY STUFF DIDNT EVEN RUB IT IN and MY TIRES WERE DIRTY AND THE Oily product WENT ON TOP OF DIRT on my hands fingerprints everywhere AND guess what wasnt included the HEADLIGHTS and the guy with that fisherman hat had the nerve to say they didnt know

VIP has it right. Youll be amazed by the amount of people they actually have working on your car. For less than $20, you get the inside/out done, tire shine and rain x for the windows. Get your oil changed in about 20 min and they throw in the same car wash! Great for big vehicles too. Hats off to VIP for doing a great job and providing employment for many!

This car wash used to be great but latley they have been bad theres always a line and cars from the oil change cut in front of you.. the quality of the wash has also gone with them missing big things such as rims and dash... not to mention the staff here doesnt care and the management isnt much better I think its time to find a new car wash

Careful of these guys. Didnt replace the screws for the plastic underpan of my car, so it was dragging on the highway. Didnt put the oil dipstick in correctly, so oil sprayed in the engine compartment and my car smelled like it was burning oil for a few weeks. Watch them while they work or you will regret it.

Wash did not clean my car and they did not give a rewash and demanded a wax for $41 more.I recommend that you stay away and get your car washed elsewhere. The wash foreman is horrible and should be replaced. Thank God all I had to do was rub the hood with some toothpaste and it came clean.

Great service, fast and detailed in their work. They dont haggle you for tips (but you should always tip), friendly and spacious. Recently they decided to get rid of the monthly memberships starting in year 2017 which was a bit upsetting. Overall its a good place to get your car washed.

Today I am here for the first time and doubtlessly this is the best car wash and lube change station so far. I was greeted by the staff, seen my car being treated well in front of my eyes and they offer a number of add on services with oil change and car wash, within the same price.

My boyfriend is a mechanic and I still come here lol! Great service excellent car given to the car and the guys who work on your car are always very polite and professional! I recommend coming on weekdays or early early on weekends bc they get busy on weekends! Great company!

The car wash is pretty good, the oil change is ok, they will try to upsell you. The only reason I dont go there, is the manager of the place is wholly unqualified to interact with customers. Every time I go there, he is arguing with people and being condescending to them.

This damage my oil pan I came and told them an they would not take responsibility for the damage. The manager Morris Pitt told the employee to have my Suv tow away and for me to do what ever I want.

This car wash is my favorite around the area. Their services and prices beats all around the area and the fact they take care of your car while you sit and wait in the lobby makes it so convenient.

Its ok. They didnt want to deal with the warranty on my battery. I had to go over to the battery supplier. (bought it almost one year ago from them and it was expensive)

The service is superb for the price. We had our vehicle washed & waxed for a resonable price. We had only one minor complaint and it was quickly rectified.
