I went to this car wash with my 5 day old (brand new) car on Oct 25th. I was so happy to have it clean because we had a week of solid rain. After the car came out of the wash, I walked over to the guys that were going to dry it and I told them to take extra gentle care of the car as it is ONLY 5 days old. When I got home, I saw that the hood of my car was scratched on BOTH sides of the hood with identical fine line scratches. Those scratches were not there when I pulled it out of the lot at the dealership! The scratches must have happened from those dirty mops that are supposed to wash your car, seeing how the scratches are identical on both sides of the car. I will be returning there tomorrow to complain and see what they will do about it. I know they have the signs that state they are not responsible for things such as antennas, decals, hub caps, etc…but to scratch up a 5 day old car???Other than going there tomorrow to confront them, I will NEVER return there again.

Been going here for years and recently brought my brand new 2016 wrangler through and left with several scratches that were 100% caused by their machines. Most of them are in the clear coat and will buff out but there were enough scratches present that I will never go back to this place. I think they have not cleaned their equipment and despite tipping the hose guy and asking him to rinse thoroughly, which he did wonderfully, this still occurred. What was the worst and most surprising was the damage to the front hood area, on the edge of the hood in front, there is Blatent scratches along the entire edge. If I were to go through 5 more times it would prob look like I sanded that area. Maybe it just work for my wrangler but Im now going to stay far away. I am a customer there for 10 years. I gave two stars for that reason but I wont risk going here again.

Wow, cost me over 100 dollars to wash my car, why? B/c I stupidly left my wallet in my car and have never had some one take my car around through the smallest, little wash space. As I waited I had a feeling money was going to be stolen, yup directly 100$ b/c I had more on me thinking I wouldnt notice. Didnt even bother complaining b.c I know places like that dont reflect the owner its their grimey employees and have a not responsible for lost or stolen items, w/in the 5 mins they take to drive through. Went through my car, had medication in there too. Again, wasnt the owner no idea who that is but I learned to always have my wallet on me, Im just from a good neighborhood not near the mall which I was going so I didnt think. Honestly, dont go there. 1 Star bc it made me.

Ive been going here for years. Today I went on my way to work to get my car cleaned. When my car came out it sat unattended for 15 minutes and still no one was drying, vacuuming or cleaning the mats or windows. There were employees doing nothing. When I asked if anyone was going to dry my car the manager who barley spoke English got overwhelmed and just offered me my money back and told me to leave. Very unprofessional. Total jerk. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Now I will NEVER go back there. This place used to be great now its a joke. There is a car wash right up the block that I will be going to instead.

I was there earlier today and was very dissatisfied. I payed $18 for the premium wash and while the outside of my car looks fine, they missed almost the whole inside. I didnt even realize until I got home. They didnt clean the ashtrays, there were still bugs in my back window, my dashboard was dusty, and the back window still had finger prints on the inside. HOWEVER, I gave them a "good" for the review because I did call them when I got home and realized, and the manager said "come back tomorrow and we would like to re-do it free of charge" which is nice of them.

Ok so, I left a tip in the tip box but that apparently only goes to the first guy... The hand washers at the end obviously didnt like that and it wasnt clear to me as a customer who I was tipping. Now to the wash, they left two HUGE areas where there was bird poop completely untouched and dirty. They left a large area in my backseat wet and they completely forgot to wipe down my tires and left the cleaner foaming and dripping on each tire. I paid $35 for probably the worst car wash Ive ever been through. Lazy and overpriced. Dont come here.

On 09/11/16 I payed full service, $33. when i get in the car it is as dusty as i brought it in. i called back the guy who is supposed to vacuum, he said this should be shampooed i cant vacuum this and that and left. this is my first time and this will be my last to go there. I know i should have shown to the manager but i am new to the area and i just didnt want any argument. i think workers should know it takes a little effort to clean, youdont clean a clan rug :).

Horrible, been here a few times and every time the place is being run different and the car never comes out good. They always miss areas all over the car, they dont wipe down the car good at all, even if you pay extra to have the wheels cleaned they still are not clean...they dont even wipe them down and to add to it the main guys that work there are rude! Even if you get the deal when its cheaper they still are not worth the money.

The guys working there do the best they can with what they have... Could it possibly be their fault if you let your dog shed in the car for three years then think that every piece of hair will be gone? The workers function? To get the car as clean as possible as fast as possible... Word to the wise... Dont let your care accumulate dirt and hair for 6 years then expect it to look brand new again in 15 mins

HORRIBLE! When I left there was still soap dripping off of my car, they barely even towel dried it at all! Waste of money Im so pissed theres nothing I can do about it besides complain, oh well I hope no one ever wastes their money going here! I will strictly stick with hand washes, it may take much more time but I am totally willing to wait & be very happy rather than the crappy job this place does!

Ordered the platinum wash. They didnt dry the car, didnt vacuum the inside of the hatch back, there was dust still on the back, I was able to write my name on the dirt left over the license plate. The armor-all on the tires was so gooped on it sprayed all over the sides of the car when I pulled away (Black armor-all white car) I drove straight to another car wash to have it done the right way.
