My brother brought his car here to have it cleaned... what an idea right? The service here was the worst I have ever seen. This car wash is more like "the King of Dirt Re-arranging" rather than "clean". Granted, his car was vandalized, along with some other vehicles, by local teenagers and was covered in condiments like yogurt and hot sauce. Although I thought it would be self-explanatory, my brother explicitly said that he wanted the mess removed and the car to be "clean". Upon completion, the car appeared a bit shinier, but still remained a sticky mess on the affected side of the car. He told the workers that the final product was unacceptable and that he wanted the car to be ran through the wash for a second time. The manager was made aware of the issue and told my brother that he would have to pay $100 for specialized "detailing" to have the mess removed. He explained that the mess could not be removed with simply soap and water, which at this point I was well aware of as we tried to remove it earlier that morning. When my brother asked for a refund he was ignored and the manger was rude as well as unresponsive. When he returned home, I was irate considering all that was required to removed the mess was some warm water and a Clorox wipe. If you want the car washed, you might as well just do it yourself. $20 for cold soapy water... ridiculous! *Side Note* If any of the management at King of Clean Car Wash have any questions about this review, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would happily teach you customer service skills as well as how to properly clean a car :)

I have my car washed there all the time and they do a great job. Although the cost is slightly higher This cost is relative to the reality of business expenses and the rising labor markets + profit. I own real estate where some small businesses rent from me so I understand many business models. The cost to run a business is expensive and the owners are entitled to make a profit. Most car wash owners plus many small business owners are not in touch with their expenses to run their own business and hate their own customers resulting in nonprofit car washes and no care for results. This is the reason for car washes and small businesses ran poorly and sold constantly. I support small businesses, they are suppose to profit for services. I know the owner here he works extremely hard trying to make a living. Paying a few bucks more per car wash makes no difference to anyone except the small business owner. Curious how many people work for minimum wage and always want more. Demand a good job for a reasonable price. Paying peanuts to any business for a service as if its still frozen in time 1980 is foolish to expect any businesses to survive. Support small businesses then expect quality.

Awful car wash. First of all $62 is crazzzzy for a basic interior/exterior wash plus conditioner for interior. Only reason I went here was because the place on 454 down the road was closed that I always go to. Their competitors same wash would have been approx half the price. Second of all, Ive had better washes for $13. No joke! The guy spent MAYBE 10 min cleaning the car. He said hes done and I looked at my wife and said no way. Of course I go over and the $20 I spent on conditioner for the leather he skipped. I tell him and he realizes his mistake. 5 min later, I give him a tip and get in the car. I look and there is dirt everywhere on the interior. Now I barely drive this car so it wasnt that dirty to begin with and Im rubbing dirt off with my hand. Again, I point out all the dirt and the guy again cleans it. Finally, I take my car home and look at the exterior and there is significant dirt on my rims and exterior. I literally spent 20-30 min cleaning the car myself. How can the most expensive car wash be the worst experience of my life? DO NOT GO HERE!

This car wash by far is the most overpriced one I’ve seen. When I pulled in, there is no price breakout on the service board. When I asked the attendant, how much…I was shocked and wanted to back up my car, but someone was already behind me. I figured for $38 bucks, I would get a really good job done, silly me for assuming. Not only did it take 30 minutes, but the job done was really subpar. There was still dust on the dashboard (and mind you I dusted my car two weeks ago, so it wasn’t really that bad), and there was some road grim still apparent on the car, which I went home and cleaned it myself. After a half an hour waiting, and noticing how poor the car was washed, the attendant was very pushy to receive a tip. All and all a really bad experience. I wish I would have looked at the reviews beforehand.

I drove in and didnt have much money on me but I wanted to see how much it would be for a wash. Im used to the cheap price (and service) near my house so I thought instead of going there but when I thought of leaving and just getting a wash anther time, the owner stopped me and worked quickly with me on price without giving it a second thought and explained about his car wash and how he does it better.and my car looks great and it was worth stopping in. He even washed my car himself alongside his employees. Stuff like that stands out! Definitely recommended!

I see there are a lot of negative reviews on here but I had an AWESOME experience there the man who cleaned my truck was Renee and he put his all in it this man took his time and cleaned all the chocolate out of the rug and seats by the time he was done my truck looked brand new.Also the owner Phil was AWSOME to deal with he was very friendly and out going with helping me get what I needed to make my truck look new again I definitely recommend people to go here I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family thanks again guys

Sent my 18 year old daughter there for the basic $18 wash. I have been there before and I know they are expensive for a complete detail. But, they do offer an exterior only for $16. They jammed my daughter for a $48 car wash in a car that is worth little to begin with. When I called to speak with them they said "its not my problem" I then went to talk to the owner and got the same attitude. Avoid this place at all costs. The car wash on Vets is reasonable and the owner cares about his customers.

Great and prompt service, best car wash set up I have seen so far. They really have us as customers in mind with a great and spacious waiting room, air conditioned, set up where we wait while the car is being cleaned. Car spotless clean. I think the other customers with the bad reviews had bad luck. Talking to the manager she assured me if a customer isnt happy they refund or do a do-over. I think prices are ok, looking at service provided. I will be back!
