I went there earlier around 430pm and asked the guy outside about getting vaccum inside and cleaning outside. He gave me the price and told that they are open till 8pm. He didnt speak good English. I went there around 615pm and there was a different guy there who said that only tunnel wash is open and the details washing closes by 6pm. I told him what i was told by the other guy and told them that they should train people better or keep people who understand English. He told me to come next day. Next day i try calling the number on the Internet and nobody picks up. I went there around 430pm as it had stopped raining. Themanager said he sent people home as it was raining earlier. I told him that about what happened earlier and that I tried calling also but no one was picking. He didnt even knew that the phone number on the Internet is wrong. He defended his employee who didnt skeak english and was very rude. Didnt care that this was my second time coming here for a wash. Very rude staff and manager. Will not recommend this place. Went to platinum wash after leaving there place. Cheaper also and better also. Despite short staffed due to rain tried to help and gave a very good wash.

I made an appointment to get the interior done on my truck so I drop it off at 9am so I call at 330. He tells me by 5 so call again he tells me by 6 so I get there b4 6 and their still working on it so they say its done its almost 7 now. So going through the truck my center console is still dirty my headliner is still dirty they didnt clean underneath the seats well they didnt even vacuum under the 3rd seat I showed them the issues they tell me hold on hell get a rag after almost 10hrs with the truck n me waiting over an hr I told them I had to leave they take $5 off the price of $130 and this is a place where I take both my trucks for car wash and oil changes not anymore

$4.00 for weak spraying do it yourself hand wand? Are u absolutly freaking kidding me?. Wouldnt even take off the bugs on my front grill! And i had to add an additional dollar and i still couldnt get all the soap off. Anywhere else $2.50 and i have extra time to wax. You do not have the best carwash around, its just that u are fooling the people that live around here to accept what you call a bargain carwash. I will never use you again fo any of my 9 trucks. Dont bothering responding until you lower your price and up your power of the jet spray hand wands. Just because you have to pay higher taxes in wtby doesnt mean that u have to screw customers.

Allways go thru the sofh touch wash and the machine is not that bad but a week ago i go like every week and do the same wash ,but this time i did not soap my car and did not rinse i spoke to a superviser and he tollme i got what i paid for.a very profecional answer

Car wash is great but the oil change section is horrible. It takes an hour for an oil change. Its not the first time ive been here. I wanted to see if they would change, but no. I guess ill be going somewhere else.

Well I allways go there and I received a great service. Is not the fault of the car wash employees if somebody forgets to soak or rinse their own car at the self service.

The wash was good but there do it yourself vacuums are awful
