This is the only car wash I go to. I pass several washes en route from my house but wont go near any of them. My Cadillac always comes out looking brand new. I am very OCD with my car and can assure these guys know what theyre doing. The works, although quite pricey, is more of a detailing than a wash. It usually takes them about an hour to do the car which shows how meticulous they care for their cars. I have no problem waiting extra time for true car care. Matt Schwalb is nothing but pleasant to deal with. Have also had my car detailed here and was very happy with the results. I was getting countless compliments from random people in parking lots afterwards. I also had Simoniz Diamond Plate applied to the car (which I would not recommend) that refused to hold up to water spot prevention and Matt helped me out every step of the way, making sure Simoniz made things right. Touch of class really goes the extra mile. They condition my leather, spray protectant on my plastics, and polish the entire car to a like new shine (whether getting a car wash or detail). Long story short, you get what you pay for. A sidenote: The whole staff is very friendly, especially the cashiers who are always smiling. Thank you!

Overpriced! 28 bucks for a car wash. Came back to my matts filthy and they told me its an extra $2 per Matt after the fact. Crumbs left in the back seat and the side of the car still had dirt on it. Last time same thing, everything still dirty . My friends car was just as bad. They also took the car seat out of my car once and didnt put it back the right way. I put my son in the car seat and it fell over! They didnt help me put it back in and I didnt know how to install it. A nice mom helped me. Make sure they didnt touch the car seat if you decide to go here.

Bought my wifes 2005 CR-V in for a total detail. The car came out great! The manager honored a price that was no longer valid (I had an email from them) and made good on a little accident that wasnt entirely their fault. (The drivers side mirror glass fell off - they ordered a new one and installed it at no cost to me.) As our luck would have it that very night the house next to where my wife was parked burned to the ground. Her car was covered in ash. The manager comped me an exterior wash when I bought it back in the next day.

DO NOT GET ANY DETAILING ON YOUR CAR AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT !!! HAD DAMAGED WHICH OCCURRED ON TOP OF CAR 5 ding marks, probably caused by the buffer. THEY DENIED THAT IT WAS DONE WHEN THEY DID THE DETAILING. TRIED TO RESOLVE IT WITH OWNER ANDREW EHRLICH, WHO IS THE NASTIEST PERSON TO DEAL WITH. THEY LIED ABOUT SEVERAL THINGS IN OUR CLAIM. WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS THAT ARE BEING RIPPED OFF BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEIR MACHINE CAUSED THE DINGS. B E W A R E !!!!!! NO STARS !!

A com o let waste of time and money. For 30 after tax and before tip. He wiped front off quick, he looked over front then gave it to me.The guy didnt clean off bugs. When I pointed it out he said he forgot to look. Missed several spots in interior. No body v vacuumed the truck. I made him do it 3 times. I Rewhipped inside with his towel. He got manager who said front was chips. I had front end painted last week. When I said no. The manager got a different chemical after. Horrible.

Have been going to Touch of Class for many years, but as of late I have been incredibly difficult with the service. They hardly vacuum, refuse to wash down matts, and leave the mess inside that you originally came with. Maybe theyre undermanned and feel a need to rush, Im not sure. What I do know is, DO NOT GO HERE TO WASH YOUR CAR. You are better off taking the time and spending a few extra minutes washing your car yourself so you can get it right. Overall, very disappointing.

I visited this car wash for the 1st time ever. Im the original owner of an 06 Range Rover, never had any damage before in the hundreds of car washes Ive had done in Indpls, In. Today, howver, their equipment broke my upper rear taillight cover. One of the workers handed me my broken taillight cover and said they cant cover it. Use this car wash at your own peril.

A fun night out resulted in vomit all over the back of my car. I brought my car in for service at Touch of Class Car Wash Inc and they left it impeccable! I was blown away when I looked at my cars interior. I highly recommend them. Only improvement they can make is on the speed of service. Theyre packed, but thats probably because they are good at what they do.

We have been using this car wash for over 15 years and have been extremely happy the entire time. It is very important for our business to have clean cars and when we use Touch of Class they are more then just cleaned, they are detailed. Their prices are also very competitive but the service is superior!!

My cup holder was left disgustingly dirty. Theres still dirt in my side mirrors and my car still has bird droppings on it. This is ridiculous. This place caters to people with beamers and Benz. Sorry I have a Honda civic my money is no good here? I don't recommend this place to ANYBODY.

Great car wash. Quick, efficient and well worth the price. We live out of state and make sure to get the car done here every time we visit family on Long Island. Get "the works". They do a great job on the interior and their interior cleaning products do not smell.

Second one here at 7:30am. The staff here are all so friendly. Wishing me a good morning and smiling! Always come here to get my car detailed too. Once a raccoon got in my car and left paw prints everywhere. Brought my car here and they did an excellent job!

Greatest car wash on Long Island!!! My family has been coming here for 20+ years and its always the best experience. I dont even live in the area anymore but I make the trip here when I need a wash because I wouldnt trust anyone else to do as nice of a job!!

Great service. Car came out beautiful, but they are a bit pricey. $28 +tax for a basic wash for a regular sized car. Go early in the morning or close to when they close or else you will be waiting on line a while.

No other spot in the Smithtown area does as good of a job as Touch of Class. Whenever Im visiting my family out there I make it a point to squeeze in a wash. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for.
