I have had multiple monthly passes for my cars at this wash. They have change owner and some staff and ever since the service sucks. I tried to cancel my monthly passes with them several times. all but 1 car was cancel correctly. I spent a lot of my time trying to contact someone about my car not being cancel and charges that continue to be take out of my credit card. Trying to call is useless and when I go the manager is not available. Finely after 2 months of trying I caught the manager who in turn gave me the run around and promise me that the owner will contact me. 3 days later no phone call. So I call my bank and canceled my card. WHAT A HASSLE!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I AM STILL OUT $30 WITHOUT A SERVICE BEING PROVIDED. BY THE WAY I FIND IT ODD THAT THE BUSINESS CHANGED ITS NAME BUT THE BILLING STILL SAYS SPLASH CAR WASH?

I read the terrible reviews and still went here. The first time was terrible but I decided to go back again, because I am stupid. They are the worst people ever. They refused to change my oil because my car is a piece of crap. I hope the owner knows that they are turning away business. I dont care if I pushed my car in there, if I can afford an oil change, I want it done. NEVER EVER GO HERE, EVER. Dont make the mistake I did. Also, if you go for detailing check your mileage because I saw a girl with your car/radio on cruising in your white 300. I dont want to get a response from the owner of this unnamed place. If you cared so much things would be different. DONT GO HERE. This place should be out of business.

Went for Oil change and Interior detail. What a mess this place is? They couldnt figure out how to do both while I went for coffee but finally decided to do the oil change first. Oil guys were very unfriendly and then tried to convince me that my car takes synthetic Oil for 3 times the price ($75) ... When I told them to forget it they claimed they could do a mix. Either they were trying to rip me off or they were too stupid to know what kind of oil my car takes (0/30 weight). Either way, it was total bull and stopped them before they did some serious damage to my car and/or wallet. I wont be going back.

I have been to this location on numerous occasions. Today I went for an oil change as usual. After leaving, I got onto I-95 and my car started making a horrible noise. I brought it back, and my entire heat pan was a crumbled mess. All I got was "this has nothing to do with us". I dont know what went on while I was there, and got no where. STAY AWAY from here.... they obviously have no clue what they are doing.

Went there to get a wash n when I look at the Truck after they finish wipe it off,the towels are duty,the towels leave alot scratches and swirls and the glass,the doors the front wood,am so upset,I was just trying out the car wash out becasue its close to my house,micro viper towels,best way to go thats what I use,those dont leave scratches and swirls in your car

I own a commercial heating air-conditioning company I have A monthly membership I must say they have changed ownership and the new staff and management are horrible not very respectful and definitely rude. The service sucked and the quality have changed tremendously. I have full service and they wouldnt even wipe my seats or the center counsel and no vacuum

Took my car there paid 40 bucks for interior they did not even touch the doors and back of car was still the same way. Bought new wipers a month ago from them. Using it today for the first time. One of them kept on popping open tried to lock it but it is slack and faulty. I bought the most expensive one.what a waste. Hope i can get it exchanged

Lousy job. Paid extra for "Express Detailing" and got a quick wipe down with a dirty rag. Had to tell them to wipe inside lift gate and sills. Missed spots on all windows. Didnt vacuum cargo area. Coffee spill on console was still there when I got in. Waiting room is unseated and opens to garage. Must be an absentee owner. Will not go back.

This place is confusing and service is so slow. Not even close to the service in their other locations. It took forever for them to clean my windows and vacuum and no one was in front of me. The employees didnt seem to be organized and were bantering back and forth like idiots. I have a baby and waiting is not a good thing!

2/18/2017 Dont waste your money. My cars windows and windshield left dirtier than when it came in. I paid for their upgraded service for 40 bucks and I got a bad job. They dry your car with dirty towels leaving streaks and cloudy windows. I was going to go to VIP but the line was too long I guess I got what I paid for

Ive been there couple of times and every single time they tried to sell me something. And if you ever go there get the cheapest carwash they got because its not different at all than other expensive ones they have. Overall they are horrible and I will never go back there where all of the lazy people are working.

Horrible! Went to get a quick wash as Im waiting the guy is having a full blown conversation with the car in front of me ! Like literally leaning in the car! As if he doesnt see other people in line waiting ....this conversation lasted 15 mins! Cant believe I actually waited that long smh

Very unfriendly staff.when you come in,the environment here is very negative.I feel intimidated to even ask for Armoral.I come here only because is on the way home and its convenient.It definitely needs some new management and workers.

The rudest , least professional place Ive ever been. The inside clean ups take forever the workers customer service is non existent , basically its a last resort wash that wash your car cause its theyre job and nothing else matters

Went there on saturday and got the works plus wash. When i got the car back the windows were worse than they were before the wash and the inside of my doors werent even touched. Also the console area was still dirty. Waste of $27

Terrible. On one occasion they tore our rear convertible windshield and on another occasion they stole an iPhone charging cable. The manager, Mike, was no help at all - spoke with him 3 times. Say away!!!

Bought the package. Outside cleaning was ok. Inside cleaning was not detailed. It was done in haste leaving streaks, dust, and rag lint all over my car. This part of the service needs to improve.

Love coming here. The guys are always on top of it and definitely great with details. Worth it and even more now under new management as a new company!
