AWFUL PLACE......I WAS ROBBED OF $330 DOLLARS. I went there 5/13 at 630pm for an oil change. I had to take an important phone call so I went outside during the service. 10 minutes later a representative came up to me and told me that they were closing and if I could please hurry up and check out. I quickly rushed made my payment and got into my car. Since I was rushed I forgot to check my glove compartment before driving off. I reached a speed of 60mph on 95 before my car engine SEIZED. My car completely stalled and i wasnt able to go over 20mph. I immediately checked my glove compartment after puling over and realized a quick lube employee stole $330 dollars out of my glove compartment. I called 911 they met me at the car wash after reviewing the cameras we CLEARLY saw an employee pocket my money. This employee had an outstanding warrant for domestic violence also. I still havent been reimbursed my money from the car wash. I find this place of business to be terrible. Imagine being a hardworking individual giving business to a company and their employees STEAL YOUR MONEY ON CAMERA. Its sickening that this place continues to receive business. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. i WILL BE TAKING THIS ISSUE TO THE LOCAL NEWSPAPERS AS WELL.

BEWARE! Do NOT go to any VIP Wash & Lube. Recently had my oil changed and tires rotated at the Stratford location and the service guy broke off one of my tire studs. He denied it being his fault. Said it was put on too tight by last person. Which means either A) he didnt rotate my tires and still charged me or B) he broke it when putting back on either way its his fault. Manager Johan said he would have it fixed. But have gone back 3x and hes nowhere to be found. No one else in the store will help. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. Will never go there again. Not even for a car wash.

I took my car on 3/19/17 for a car wash, when I got it back there was a huge crack on the front windscreen. No one wanted to speak to me, the staff was very rude, told me the manager was not in. Called the Manager Mr. Pitt this morning, he said that they dont break windscreens they wash cars. I told him to look at the cameras, he states the cameras wont be able to see the damage. It is very upsetting the kind of customer service they provide. He denies the damage was done there. Thats ok, GOD is good all the time, leave it all to him.

This is a unique spot and the service is usually very speedy without lack of quality. I like that theres a separate area where youre able to see (through a wall of glass) the car going through the wash, it makes the service you paid for transparent and more entertaining. This feature gives this car wash a unique-ness other washes dont have. Also, their bathrooms are very fancy, its sort of strange the first time but then the luxury grows on you. This is the only care wash I will go to when Im in Connecticut.

Had a car wash in the Stratford location... They broke off the seat control cover and never said a word. They just sat in place like it wasnt going to fall out once the door was opened. Spoke to the manager( Walter)and general manager (Yohann)right on the spot who assured me that they were contacting Range Rover to order the part. Its been back and forth for just about 2 months. Just BS!!! To small claims we go. Bad business.

Im a frequent user of VIP car was and the service has gotten terrible. The EMPLOYEES Talk Back to you After advious mistakes Theyve made on my car. The thing that got me was there was only two cars, I then explained to this person the only car that matters is mine, I paid $21.99 for your best service and this is what I get.

Used to be great...The guys on the line cat call and whistle at my wife. The managers defend the boys saying that she must not have been wearing a wedding ring. I had them detail my truck and they ran an hour and forty minutes over schedule with poor communication about the delays totaling messing up my schedule.

Someone suggested to take advantage of the various monthly unlimited plans.. I took the middle of the road one.. what can I say its a no brainer.. If you are one of those people that likes a clean car, with a place to get your oil changed and a good wax job... go sign up... again its a no brainer... nice people

VIP treatment was not worth $20. Came out clean but they did a lousy job wiping down my truck. Soap solution still inside the mirrors, in the bed and along the outer edge of the bedliner and around the wheel wells. Interior cleaning was ok, nothing great. Expected a little better for $20 plus tips.

Lets just say they were vacuuming out my car, Im by the cashier, employee comes over to me with cash in his hand, said it was found under my seat... It wasnt just a few bucks... Honesty, integrity... yeah they got my business for life.. oh yeah they also do a great job with a monthly plan!! Good guys..

Wish I could put ZERO rating! Took my X5 here to get washed not only was the job horribly done but the back wiper blade got broken and the manager told me theyre not responsible for mirrors and wiper blades that get broken there. That disclaimer should be made known prior to any eventuality!

Disappointed with the vacuum job the last two times I have been there. I used to tell everyone that this was by far the best car wash around. Not the case lately. Please get back to the standards you used to have.

They did my car justice its sat under a pine tree for a yr. My car was mad dirty tree sap in all.they powered washed it my baby looks brand new i wish i cud of showed how it look dirty but forgot to take a pic...

They take no pride in their job. I vacuum my car better than they did! I tried them twice since they are conveniently located next to my home but each time i got the same result. I wont be be back!

I rarely have an issue when visiting staff is friendly service, is quick an thorough, they arent overly pushy on upsells, they respect your vehicle and you get a great level of service for the price.
