Clerks at this place are very slow on purpose and always with an attitude problem. I went in to apply for a passport and as soon as I stated to the clerk the reason for my visit. She began repeating herself over and over again about how I needed so and so document and refusing to see my paperwork. When I told her that I had everything with me including the document she wanted. She rolled her eyes and grudgingly took a look and finally took my application. She was at least nice towards the end when she realized her mistake.

Great ! Every Time I Call The Post Office Their So Nice And Helpful. They Always Get My Packages To Me On Time Or Earlier Than Expected. They Have To Come From Springfield Mass. Since They Closed The Connecticut Center Down. But They Make Them On Time. And My Postman Is As Nice As Mr. Mcfeelly From Mr Rogers Neighborhood. I Cant Express How Helpful And Nice They All Are To Me. They Sometimes Come On A Sunday If Its From Amazon. Their Job Isnt Easy But They Always Come Through For Me. Truthfully, John C Flaherty JR

Unfortunately Ive had to deal directly with this Post Office for the past 5 years. I work for a small business here in town and we do a lot of business with the P.O. including bulk mailing. Granted, some of the staff are friendly, the majority of them have no idea whats going on with anything and make me feel as though I am a bother to be in there. Due to the lack of competence with the managers and staff, we have even considered switching our permit account to another towns Post Office.

While standing at the counter being helped by one of the ladies there who was .... helpful. I heard another worker being very blunt and not helpful at all...pretty rude to the man. All he wanted to know was why his P.O. box had a block on it still when he mailed out a check. She basically told him "i dont know, we didnt get your check yet." And that was it! Not even bothering to look into it for the guy. Way to be a a b****

Mailman is infamous for leaving our mail in other mail boxes and giving us the people down the streets mail. If you have an issue, post office tells you to take care of it yourself and hangs up. I now have to find a way to hunt the mailman down for taking something he shouldnt have cause he wasnt paying attention. Id go back to sending messages via pigeon if I could, theyd be more useful.

So I called to tell them that I did not get a package that the company said was delivered to my mailbox and it never was. They answered the phone and after I said about how I never got my package they put me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up. The postal system in Naugatuck sucks. I always get someone elses mail or package at least 3 times a month.

My pkg was delivered to the correct USPS, Naugatuck and in their infinite wisdom they sent my package to the waterbury USPS. I have resided at the same address in NAUGATUCK for close to fifteen years. I called and they said I had a forwarding address on the package, which I DID NOT. THANKS FOR THE HELP!
