I have been having issues with delivery from this post office for over a year of living in my apartment. Today is the final straw. My apartment building has been explained to multiple people at this post office yet they cant seem to put my packages at the appropriate place. I have to call each time and complain. One time- $140 boots went missing and was never found. Today- a box with $100 worth of items is missing.

Dan and Sandra have been exceptional. So pleasant and nice to deal with. I will say Im not fond of the postal carrier ( black lady) she drives very fast and doesnt come to my residence to ring the bell to deliver certified mail. She leaves the note in my mailbox instead. Ive had to complain about this lady several times. She still continues her behaviors .
