Second delivery from this particular branch since I have moved here, second failed delivery. Two for two, they dont even exit the vehicle, simply put a notice in mailbox saying that no one was home. I watched him drive up, put the mail in the mailbox, and drive away. I ran out, saw the notice and called the post office immediately. The woman that answered, instantly was extremely rude! I wont get into details of the conversation. The result was her telling me the driver would return with the package. He never did. Im waiting, staring out the window for three hours, no one showed. The office is now closed. I said I would have picked it up if necessary, because it was important to have today. She assured me the mailman was on his way back to me. Poor service, in all aspects. Do your job, and dont be rude to the customer that pays you to do your job. Horrible experience each and every time.

I cant tell you how many late and straight up undelivered pieces of mail Ive lost through this God-awful post office. I moved to Seymour from Milford in 2014 and, in 25 years I can honestly say I never experienced an issue with Milford USPS. In the two years Ive lived here, its just one problem after another after another. This morning, I had to call the Seymour office to tell THEM to put a piece of CERTIFIED mail on their truck to be delivered to my house, after I left them the official signed slip instructing them to do so days ago. Why do I have to call THEM to tell THEM how to do THEIR job?! At least Ill save a couple bucks again this year... no Christmas tip for you guys! Keep it up.

Poor service, a package was supposedly not able to be left, and a slip was suppose to have been left to let me know. There was no slip. I had to go pick it up and because there was no slip, they could not find it with the tracking number. They said, "oh, the regular carrier must have it". Well mail came an no package. Its Christmas Eve, I get it you close early, but for those of us who are away from their families and have to work both Christmas Eve and day and were looking forward to a package from home, now I get to work and wonder where the package is and not enjoy the gifts from my friends and family. Thank you for making my holiday great.

Town post office. You can do typical USPS transactions here. PO boxes, hold mail there, stamps of all kinds/amounts, passport photos & application, etc... Nice staff & they are knowledgeable. Its usually is a quick and out.

The carrier(s) that deliver to my home apparently cant read. My name is clearly, (large) on the box, and yet I get handfuls of mail not belonging to me...almost daily! I wonder how much of my own mail is going some where else!
