The people here are always rude the line is always long and there always seems to be malfunctions/problems with there staff/computers. Ive been shipping packages for over 10+ years daily. It seems that everytime i go to send a package at this specific location theres a new rule/regulation that did not exsist the day before. Its just B/S so the workers can be lazy and not have as much work. For example each day i was shipping the exact same size packages. Then one day a lady that I have never seen before tells me that my label is in the wrong place and the I have to remove them and re-do them(10x parcels). When I tired to explain how i had been coming there for a long time and shipping like this everyday without any issues she told me there was no way it was true ( as if i was lying). On top of this she was nasty and rude while I tried to kill her with kindness. As far as any postal service is concerd this is by far the worst in the whole area (Ive been to almost all the others). The people are unprofessional, rude,impolite,lazy, and have no real regard or sincerity in their service. To be honest its worth driving the extra 15 min to a different post office and saving yourself the 25 min waiting in line and the headaches dealing with the people who work here.

Worst experience and the worst and most racist costumer service ever! I had to wait in line twice with two little kids, the post office supervisor pulled me out and told me to wait. Even whe in line were 3 ppl and they were 2 workers at the counter the supervisor told that she wont allow my passport application to be processed. I told her that shes violating my rights by putting everyone in front of me even when they are not busy anymore. They told me to wait until the other coworker (the 3rd) is coming back from break. I told them NO! And I said that I would like to be helped right away because I was next in line. They end up calling the cops and the cops told me that I have to wait and use my civic spirit and let the less complicated things first and my passport application last. Bottom line: NEVER AGAIN TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POST OFFICE!

Very rude and incosiderate. I was notified my package was delivered to the post office at 719am. I went at 830am and she said she hadnt got to it yet, so I would have to come back in an hour.(even though she pointed to a box with no more than 5 parcels in it.) Still not ready I came back at 10:38, 8 minutes after they close on Saturday(what post office closed at 1030am?) any other one I have been to closed at 1200pm. So now I have to wait til Monday. Really need to learn its about the customer. I paid for the shipping and handling so I would really appreciate getting it the day it was delivered. Not at her convenience. Wish I could give negative stars(-5stars)

Ive always found the employees here to be very helpful. Yes, theres a line sometimes, but I needed help with something this morning, and they went above and beyond. Im certainly glad this office is here!
