Even though I have informed this postmaster (twice) that the previous owners of my home no longer live here I continue to get mail for them. Not only that but I get the mail of my neighbors as well. On top of that there have been two incidents where their logic/processes have lacked consistency and they are completely oblivious to it.

Charges me for packages that are free shipping every time. Even charged me to send a flat bday card. I worked in a post office and my father is a manager at another post office, neither of us have ever seen anything like this.
