Terrible experience! I called politely asking about a missing package and the guy was completely rude, impatient and just plain disrespectful right off the bat. As the conversation continued his voice became elevated and he even went as far as to blame the problem on me (the customer!!); meanwhile, still missing my package because it had never been delivered to my door as the website had stated. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with US Post Office in Burlington. I sincerely hope that the employees realize that they are there to help callers and not belittle them. Completely disgusted and I will be spreading the word...but no need to do too much spreading since most people in the community agree that this station lacks professionalism, competence and respect.

The supervisor Jason at this location cant seem to train his staff properly. We have a daily pickup scheduled that at our business at the same time for years, and the regular guys know that. But whenever there is a different employee covering they always end up arriving either too early or too late for pickups. When I ask the replacements why they arrive in such fluctuating times, they always state that their supervisor keeps messing up their pickup schedules. Ive spoken with Jason on multiple occasions, and every time Ive found it hard to have discussions with him without him pointing fingers at something else.

True, this is not a post office store front. Adjust your expectations accordingly. Although you dont always get a warm welcome from these folks I have found them to be competent and accommodating. I go here to pick up live shipments of chicks. They know time is of the essence so they call me right away and have always been available to hand the chicks over. Better than average service.

I wish i could give 0 stars but there are two gentlemen there that are very kind and helpful. The rest of the workers there, however, especially the women are the most disrespectful, unpleasant, and argumentative ive ever seen in any establishment. I commute an extra distance so that i can avoid them. Its a nightmare. House of negativity.

Called in today and spoke with Allen. He was super helpful, and patient in dealing with my spotty cell phone. Just wanted to give him a shout out since all of these other reviews are horrid. Glad to know theres at least one person there thats happy to help the customers! Thanks Allen.

The customer service is handled poorly. Information is not accurately communicated, and their representatives are far from respectful individuals.

Terribly unfriendly and unwelcoming man working the front. Didnt get his name, wish I had. Unnecessarily rude and judgemental.

Not a real post office! Its a distribution center for the mail trucks. Please label it accordingly on the map.
