Mailed my package on a Tues, (return, receipt ), scheduled to arrive on Thurs, got delayed, then it was finally delivered on Sat. (which of course tge business was closed. Set to deliver on tge next business day, (Im assuming Mon). Called this P.O. on Monday to inquire about my mail. She tells me, "oh, but its a PO Box #, they have to come and pick it up", but according to my tracking info., they were going to redeliver the package the next business day! What kind of BS tracking info are they playing??!! The whole USPS IS "FOS"!!!

Had an package shipped to me with the wrong street address. Called the post office the day tracking showed that it arrived there. Explain my situation. Person I spoke to on the phone an Saturday (8/16/14) told me I can pick up the package in person Monday. Monday morning comes around and I check the tracking number it says returned. Shipping back overseas. When I called Monday they said the package was already in jersey and there is nothing they can do.... Terrible customer service

This has to be the most horrible post office in the country, they said they delivered a package but it was never delivered we have security cameras that show it was never delivered, then they say that it was delivered to the wrong home and theyre retrieving it, now day 4 and the Postmaster Michael, is dodging phone calls this is ridiculous Im gonna see how I can bring this matter to his higher ups!

Worst experience ever, unprofessional and rude staff, this postal office is just around the corner but I prefer to drive a little bit more and go somewhere else. There is a black dude here at the front desk so rude and nasty with all customers, this guy shouldnt be working there and not as customer service, I would not recommend this postal office to nobody ever.

The staff is absolutely horrible. Ive used them about three times because they are convenient to my home address but I will now start making the trip to a different post office. They are rude, sarcastic, and allow you to make mistakes that will cost you. Never again am I coming here and I advice you to not to too.

The people there are rude especially the black guy at the front counter and when you call to ask a simple question it doesnt get any better the lady who picked up couldnt do anything which was understandable with my problem but she didnt have to be rude.
