The best part about this gym is the 24 hours of operation that it honors. The gym is on the smaller side, however, it has a large amount of various equipment. With that being said, the equipment is on the older side. The cardio equipment is even older which takes away from experience.

Busy during the usual hours and at night Ill get a good workout. As long as you dont mind other members not wiping down the equipment when theyre finished, throwing away their trash or turning their music down during the off peak hours youll probably enjoy it.

This AF isnt as busy as the West Hartford location, but theres no rowing machine and only one stairmaster
