DISSAPPOINTING! Having been there for six months I can tell you think carefully before committing for 2 years. To be fair, the equipment is sufficient. When you can actually get on it! Good thing I have years of experience and can be very flexible and creative with the equipment that is available. They are obviously not hurting because everything from parking to the gym itself is packed. Having no compettition is obviously working in their favor. The locker room is discusting and smells like old musty laundry. If you dare to walk on that carpet then you are much tougher then I am. Or perhaps you just dont know what kinds of things you can catch. They advertise tanning for 19.99 for non members. That is great, unless of course you are a member that is trying to tan even once a week. Good luck. As a member they offer you tanning for an additional $10.00 month which sounds like a good deal even if you only tan every once in a while. The problem is you can never get in unless you want to sit around and wait forever. I tried to have the tanning removed off my membership because they clearly can not meet their obligation and was told that I would have to pay $29.00 to start a new 2 year contract. Are you kidding me!!! All I asked for was to take the tanning charge off my membership because I could never use it and they would not even do that. Oh well, life goes on and wasting $10.00 a month wont kill me, however it is the principle. This should give you a pretty good idea of what kind of place youre dealing with. Good luck.

I love this gym. It is extremely clean, the staff are friendly and helpful , they have many different classes and I find I have to work hard NOT to stay motivated when I am there. I have been a member at 2 other gyms locally and this one is the best - hands down. They are also responsive to the suggestions I put in their suggestion box. I am frankly puzzled by the negative reviews. I have not had a problem with payments. I followed through with the contract I committed to. It seems like you may have a problem if you want to end your membership agreement early - so I recommend thoroughly reviewing the agreement before you sign it.

Ive been going there for a couple of months. Things are pretty good. I love the shake bar, and I almost never have to wait for a rack or a bench - then again, I dont go after work, I go before. Although not awful, the showers could be a little cleaner. Also, it would be nice if they had a high-end percent body fat reader available to all members. Im a bit OCD, so when weights are out of place it drives me crazy, but thats more from select members being inconsiderate than the fault of management. For people new to fitness, they do have an assertive personal training program. Ive seen the program do great things for people.

After working out at another Gym (Work Out World) I switched over to Big Sky (Formally Court House Plus). What an amazing difference between the two! At Big Sky I felt like I was working out with friends in a much more comfortable environment. When the day came that I was transferred to Vermont (for work) I had to cancel my membership. A large difference between the gyms is evident today. I recieved great assistance and personal attention from Big Sky and they stated that they were sorry to see me leave. The other gym... I am still (12 months later) trying to get my membership canceled! Thank you BIG SKY!

Extremely low quality gym. Bad equipment, trainers, parking ect. You have to jump threw hoops to cancel. I am being charged $500 because they failed to cancel my account even though I called them multiple times saying I was moving more than 25 miles away (the law is, they must cancel your account if you move 25 miles away). Their finances are taken care of 3rd party so you cant "blame them" because they will say its the other guys fault. Overall poor quality business inside and out.

The gyms are mediocre at best, parking is awful. But dealing with ABC Financial is a nightmare. The people working at the gym cant help you with your membership, they only give you a business card to call the ABC idiots and get nowhere. It took 6 months to cancel my membership, its a scam to continue getting my money. Be careful when looking for a gym, I havent heard of any other local gyms giving customers any trouble like this.

This gym is big and has a lot of workout options. Its also crowded but that can be motivational too because there are a lot of patrons in great shape. My biggest issue with the gym is the staff. They wont even acknowledge you, let alone greet you or say hello. I understand its a popular gym so theyre probably pretty cocky about it but thats no reason to abandon what should be the basics of friendly service.

Although the gym itself is a very nice gym, their business with ABC financial who deals with payments and the memberships is a scam. ABC financial has ripped off many people including myself and fiance and have fought and ignored signed contracts and recorded phone call. Lawyers are now being involved because of this. I wish they used a different financial company. BEWARE OF ABC FINANCIAL!!!

The staff is very nice to me and the two free sessions that I got when signing up was helpful. The staff was extreamly helpful when my dad and I wanted to sign up. I was comparing big sky and la fitness and la was trying to sell me the most expensive thing they had and didnt want to mention something I can afford. I really recommend big sky for a place to start any fitness goals.

The hours really leave a bad taste in my mouth. During the week is OK open till 10pm but on the weekend Saturday open till 5pm! come on thats BS even more so about Sunday only open till 2pm super BS! BIG SKY FIX YOUR HOURS! you dont offer much more than a planet fitness, so the hours need to compete, huge disadvantage currently esp for the extra money you pay for big sky.

Be aware - They only do compulsory 1 year membership. When other gyms give you 1 week of free trial and some even gives money back guarantee. This gym does not give you an option for a short term membership. Before you join make sure you ask them about the contract. They will keep on deducting money from your account even if you want to cancel your membership

Ive lost 70+ pounds, have unlimited Zumba and weight lifting classes, love the personal training, and have never had a problem with billing. (Actually, Ive bounced my membership a few times by accident and it was automatically cleared up! Easy!) My only complaint is that Facebook wont let me be in a relationship with Big Sky <3 I love it!

The reps are liars and tell you there is no contract. I have not even been with this gym for 2 weeks and wanted to cancel and the manager basically told me too bad so sad you signed up for 12 months. Now the account if I dont pay will be delinquent but not once did their representative explain to me I was under contract.
