Mid level gym equipment. Everything is meticulously maintained. Not alot of free weights and of average quality. Physical trainers are the highest quality and all are incredibly well trained. Generally an older crowd, no meat heads here! Know for their Les Mills group classes. Can be crowded in the mornings and Saturdays. Pool is well maintained and they host childrens swim lessons. Generally a family gym with Id say average prices. I shopped around before i found this place. The group instructors actually enjoy seeing regulars and dont just count you as a body.
