Without a doubt, thinq mac is a 5 star operation. Today I had the good fortune to contact thinq mac when my iphoto library suddenly disappeared from my imac. Konstantinos responded to my inquiry immediately and offered up his services at times that were convenient for me. He arrived early for the appointment and went right to work. One hour later, my photo library was restored and so was my sanity! Overall, Konstantinos was very professional, efficient and helpful. I hope to use his services in the future to properly set up our icloud, itunes and backups and train my family accordingly. Thank you so much!

What can i say. ThinqMac is the most legit computer repair service i have ever interacted with. Im not one for leaving reviews, but considering the level of service i experienced i felt obligated to. They went above and beyond to make sure i left completely satisfied and although there were some complications with my hard drive they managed to give a laptop back that is functioning better then ever. Did i mention they had only a few days to repair 3 parts. Very satisfied with my experience and id recommend it to anyone that wants reliable, fast, and informative people working on their digital baby (aka our laptops).

Absolutely stellar repairs and overall service. I had an older white 2009 MacBook, and when it seemed as though it was on its last legs, I brought it in. Thinq mac upgraded my RAM and hard drive (to an SSD) at a very reasonable price. The MacBook ran like new, and I decided to upgrade to the newer 2015 MacBook Pro through thinq mac. Again, they provided me with an affordable price, fully transferred all data, and it was ready in just a couple of days. Their mobile repairs are also second to none, with same day repairs on iPhones. Amazing store, great service and friendly staff. Keep it up!

Fast, friendly, and 100% competent. My "vintage" MacBook Pro had a graphics card failure and wouldnt boot up. Jonathan removed the hard drive and transferred everything I needed from it to the new MB Pro. He listened, double-checked, and updated me the next morning. It was ready by lunchtime, with all pre-cloud files, photos, iTunes, and mailboxes perfect! And at a very fair price. I am not prone to giving 5 stars, but Thinq Mac totally deserves them!

So far, the service has been great. I called about a small issue on my iPhone. The technician helped me through my problem while on the phone. No charge. He didnt ask for me to come in. He didnt try to get my phone number to put me on some list. It was free service with no obligation. Thats a business I can trust and do business with. Not very convinced with the service for my macbook. Two things which I did not like: --> High basic inspection cost which is non-refundable. --> Dont do any repair, only replace the parts and which in my case costs around $600 otherwise, they are quite professional and provide active updates on the service.
