These guys are the best. They do everything in house, no sending it out and passing on a huge mark up (like the big box stores). Prices are reasonable. They stand behind their work and in my experience, have always gotten things right the first time. I discovered them when I lived in Stamford. Even though I now live just outside of Southbury, CT I still travel to them when Im in need of a repair, theyre that good! The other thing is this, they are very trustworthy. No BS, double-talk or shenanigans.

The owner went above and beyond helping me to retrieve as much data as possible when my hard drive crashed and I was having issues accessing data on the weird back up system we were using - even going as far as letting me sit in the back of the store hooked up to their network while on the phone with the back up companys customer service. Then when we decided to fix our computer it was done in less than 24 hours and it works perfectly!

Best local place to bring your computer for repairs. Fair prices on everything and theyre great at diagnosing both software and hardware issues. And, if by chance they cant figure out the problem, theyll only charge a small diagnostic fee, unlike other repair shops.
