Worst experience Ive ever had with any computer repair service! -was recommended through a friend who asked me to request a specific tech, didnt matter. Poor service, no call back once I questioned the repair price, and she repeatedly tried to "put me" into a new computer...even though I again repeatedly told them a new one was out of the question at that time. Another week went by with no response after she told me she would review the bill and see what she could do. Left messages, no answer until I called once again and was then emailed the same quote that was initially sent two and half weeks prior... which was well over 500.00. For a memory stick and a hard drive? One particular part was hugely inflated, even for computer repairs... and again it was reiterated for a third time to go for 800.00+ for a new one! -declined service/picked up my computer a few days later and it was completely inoperable, a far worse condition then how it was brought in... I contacted them about the fact the computer was completely fried and of course...NO RESPONSE!! So go there with deep pockets and be prepared to buy a new computer... BTW, the service techs did seem to be nice, friendly but the woman at the desk was the antithesis of warm and fuzzy and she was the one I directly had to deal with...unfortunately.

I have used a number of online or manufacturers computer support services but none can compare to the excellent service provided by Geeks on Wheels. Recently, my screen stopped working on my Dell 1525 Inspiron laptop. I contacted Geeks on Wheels and dropped off the pc for them to diagnose. I received a call back from a Tech the next day with a clear diagnosis that the screen hardware did need to be replaced. they asked for my Dell Customer number at that time to see if the PC was still covered by a Hardware Warranty. The Tech contacted Dell and found out the hardware was covered so I only needed to pay a service charge. The fact that Geeks on Wheels handled all this directly with Dell without my needing to get involved made the whole process seamless. The parts were expressed to Geeks and I had then computer the within 5 business days of my dropping it off. The quality of the screen is far superior to what it was previously and I am attributing that to the quality of the installation and fine tuned adjustments to the pc that was done during the servicing. I will continue to only utilize Geeks on Wheels in the future. On last observation is that everyone I spoke with from the office manager to the Tech was extremely personable and helpful.

Why do you think Geeks on Wheels is best ever? Share a tip. Geeks on Wheels are an unbelievable group of professionals. I have used all of them over the years. Paul has recently set up our new business for us Supplied everything we would need. Sent pictures so I could select what I liked and than decided with him what I needed. The end result was over the top. Everything is just perfect. Over the years I have had systems crash and you name it we had it. All were fixed and the prices cant be beat. I was even having trouble with my I pad and before he left he explained what I needed to do. I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful group of young people to help some of us that are so frustrated with the new technology and have the patience to explain everything that we need to know. I cant forget Bernadette who answers the phone and actually know what Im talking about when I need help. They are truly the very best Schultz

For those of us who are not precisely geek material, Geeks-on-Wheels is a veritable godsend. Can there be anybody more welcome to your home or office when you are despairingly contemplating the rebellious electronic wonder on your desk? I recently enlisted the help of Geeks-on-Wheels. I was impressed and grateful for the advise, assistance and efficiency. I felt that the two persons I directly dealt with - Bernadette and Ben - had become friends I could rely on. Thanks for the peace of mind. Rene Prochelle

Not only was the woman extremely rude, but why should I be expected to take my time to go down there and pay $67.00 for them to determine whether or not they could do the work? She then told me that they charged $149.00 an hour (not including parts). Why not just say that at the beginning? That told me everything I needed to know. Ill be going somewhere else.

Dylan helped me recover data from a failing Mac hard drive and place it on a new one. At one point, I thought I had lost all my photos--but Dylan figured out a way to recover them. Fast, professional, competent, reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
