I run a charitable foundation that helps families that have lost children due to terminal illness. Many of these families after paying for medical costs can no longer afford to pay for a proper burial for their child. Our foundation provides them with financial assistance. I went to Kris King at Mindset to have my website redone. The site was set up already and Kris said he would modify it to be more user friendly. After over a year, and constant excuses, the site remains the same. This so called business has one technician who would rather spend time playing with his car then do the work he was paid for. I have requested a refund of my $600 deposit which has to this day not been returned. A business that takes money from anyone, never mind a charity, should be closed down. Please dont walk away from this business ......RUN. HEY Kris, if you spent as much time on the web site as your did on the response you may have completed the job you were paid to redesign. You also neglected to mention the two months of lost time when you told me your computer crashed. Guess you have to find a good computer repair shop! My post was about my foundation site, not my sons business which is another story. The foundation site was up and running and all I needed to provide you was pictures for the gallery "which I did" and they were also lost. Please invite me to your GRAND CLOSING so I can enjoy some of those cream pastries that I assume your friend talked about in that previous review. All I saw on my numerous visits to your store was you eating lunch! AGAIN .... RUN FROM THIS PLACE, DON"T WALK!

I am Thoroughly impressed by the Professionalism , Customer Service & Excellent Work of Mindset Computer Repairs...The Owner Kris was very forthcoming & helpful when it Came to Setting up my Webpage even offered Suggestions on how to run my site to get the most return & exposure for my page...And on another Occasion I had a issue with my Computer during a very important meeting I was able to reach out to Kris ( even though he was busy ) & He helped me get back on Course with my meeting , by remotely logging on to my computer & addressing the corrupted Program issue I was having....So Kris of Mindset , I thank u again & ur a Life Saver!!!!

Early this morning while working on the computer i came across a very negative review about a Mind Set Computer Repair. I called my back up buddy at Mind Set to inform him and to ask what this was all about as he has be our "techie" and web site creator for over 10 years. When it was explained to me, this is nothing more than someone who is no longer needs the the web site created as per contract over 7 months ago and now has no money to pay for what has been sitting at the shop gathering dust. Mind Set has taken care of our company needs for for after 10 years and we will continue to use them for years to come.

I was referred by a friend to speak with Kris at Mindset who has server maintenance and commercial advertisement background for my company site. I had such a awesome time going over ideas and feedback for the site that 2 hours went by and so much was agreed and put in action for the next steps in functionality of the site. Really great energy and team over at mindset! Even had a local bakery set up in the store for that day selling pastries for the town. ( I had a creme pie and canoli!) I was visiting my Uncle Sam out on the island when my dropped my iPad and cracked the screen. He had mentioned there was a local store who does repairs, luckily I caught the guys a few hours before closing and they actually had the screen in stock. Went back to the house had a beer and played chess with my uncle and before you know it the time had passed i went back and it was ready! Thank you to the guys at Mindset! ( nice guys) Ill remember them in case I pull another boneheaded move like that.. I believe they do other computer work also!

Kris is a pleasure as well as the other gentleman working there ( Anthony & Ivan) I had installed SSDs in my iMac and macbook and also repaired my logic board and LCD cable on my 3 iMacs.
