Had to get some issues fixed with my fathers laptop, needed a new part to hold a charge again and also had issues after a recent update of the OS didnt work as it should have. They did an incredibly fast turn-around on getting the part and performing some additional services like data backup/transfer, and an excellent price. There was very important information and company work on the laptop, and that was all kept intact without issue. HIGHLY recommend them, and definitely will use them again should the need arise! Thanks guys!

So after a small headache I was pleased to see the guys at The Crazy PC make it right. New parts were ordered, repair was done correctly. - my Laptop looks and functions like it did before the damage. So now I have proof that The Crazy PC can either do your repair right, or if for some reason they dont they will do everything they can to rectify it. A clear step ahead of big box stores or other smaller shops around town. Thanks again guys.

First that all, Faical its a great guy, he is very professional and honest, he is not going to charge you over priced or anything; he keeps you informed on everything he plans to do for the repairs and wait for you to approve all the time. When my laptop broke I send messages to different companies asking for quotes and help, he was the first to reply and with a few questions he already knew what the problem could be. 100% recommend it.

FAISAL is fantastic. Excellent customer service and care. He has saved our business from incompetent workers (such as myself) who break computers, laptops . I love this place! Faisal (the repair technician) is friendly and fixed my laptop lcd in 1 day and even called back. This place is well-kept and is like a wonderland of PCs inside. I truly am inspired and amazed by his work. Its way better than Best buy or Micro center can do. He even gives free estimates and warranties. (Warranties arent free)

Tech was capable, honest, reasonably priced and FAST. When I entered his shop, he was explaining to the gentleman in front of me why he did not need his services. He kept me informed when unexpected issues came up and was able to turn the job around in three hours! Great guy.

Be careful! went there to fix my computer cause it was really slow. After 1 day I pick up my computer with a different and old version system installed. I was charged $400!! Fortunately i got my money back. Plus the store is very dirty and messy.

Charged 3 hour rate ($150) for a job that would have taken less than an hour. Issue was not resolved. Would not warranty work and did not follow additional instructions. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off.
