Great service! James was great! Very nice gentleman brought my machine to him two weeks ago on a Monday for a complete windows restore, got it back the SAME DAY! All my data back on the new installation, all my drivers and my software back on there at just $60. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family! Alot of local computer stores and technicians dont know what they are doing. Either things dont come out right you winde up back there 50 times the next day or two or you lose all your precious data that you have saved up over the years. James broke it down very professionally and clearly and i have not had one single issue, in fact my machine is way faster, cleaner then when i purchased it and virus protection was included free of charge. Thank you very much James. Hope you much success in expanding your office and in business.

excuse me sir i was wondering if it is at all possible for me to bring in my laptop and have you look at it i want to know if its fixable instead of sending it to the company that made the brand which is very expensive to do so i heard about you and saw how good your work is so i was wondering if its ok for me to bring it in and if its fixable i will except the offer depending on the price if not then i will buy another laptop but either way i would really like your help it is a very good laptop that ive had for a long time and i dont want to replace it thank you

Garbage. You call to ask him for pricing and to explain what the problem is and he fakes like the call went dead, says "hello?" then immediately hangs up on you. And then when I called right back he sent me to voicemail. Why even have a business if thatd how youre going to treat potential customers?
