These guys are the best! I purchased their service for an old dell laptop that would no longer charge the battery. The battery charged ok in my sisters machine so I knew there was a motherboard charging circuit problem. After I purchased the service, my health began to fail and I didnt send the laptop in for about 4 months. This didnt phase them one bit. They tested and repaired my motherboard for an outstandingly fair price! They also tested my A/C adapter and recommended I replace it soon (they werent trying to sell me one. In fact, they suggested other places to buy one). All during their service, they communicated with me telling me when they received it, when testing would begin, what they found and even performed extensive post-service testing. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! If your shipping costs to them arent too prohibitive (west coast for example), I highly recommend this very professional company for their rapid, efficient repair service.

I usually dont have much confidence in computer repair stores. My old Thinkpad was broken and wont start, I dont really care about the laptop but I do need to recover some files from the hard drive. I brought the computer in and the staff in the store was very helpful, they did a free assessment and were honest about the issue - the hard drive had issues, should be able to fixed, and everything else is fine with the computer. I had experience with other stores before where they tricked you into replacing more parts than needed, so I was very surprised (in a good way) by how honest they are! The price was reasonable, I left the computer there, they told me it will take 2 days but they called after 1 day for me to pick up. They also clean the computer as well, which was a free service. Overall, Im very happy about their service, the price is reasonable, and they are very honest about the problem and fix. Id definitely recommend them to my friends.

My experience could not have been have better. I had an issue with the software on my laptop that arose after NCSs 30 day warranty. By all rights, they could have decided to charge me again, but they chose to go above and beyond my expectations. They told me not to worry about it and that I could come back in about an hour to pick it up. No where else would provide this kind of service, and not only do I benefit, but they will also because they have gained my long term loyalty.

These guys are the best, hands down! I took a DELL laptop to them that had a fried hard drive. They were honest with me about how much the parts I would need cost them, then they told me what they would sell me the parts for. They did a great job fixing my laptop and did it in around 3 HOURS! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. You wont go wrong with them!! Im recommending this place to everyone I know.

Fixed my desktop computer for $65, gave it back to me the next day. This store offers the best service and has very friendly/helpful and knowledgeable staff. Unlike the other stores where they charge upfront just to diagnose what the problem is on your computer, this store (NCS) wont charge you anything unless they actually manage to fix the computer, which they do with great certainty. Will visit again

Had problem with my daughters laptop. Brought to this place. Diagnosis in 2 seconds. Prognosis in 4 seconds. Repair work done within one hour. Beautifully done. Computer now in top shape, speed is back to original and all virus stuff gone. Better than before. I would recommend to everyone to check this place out before going to anywhere. Best of all is the price. Very very reasonable.

The staff exceeds expectations. Folks like Wang have a customer service spirit. They took time to explain things very clearly to my 92 year old Dad so he can continue to Video Chat with his family on his computer. Prices are very fair and quality of service is outstanding! They even have some refurbished computers at very fair prices!

I was recommended NCS by a friend after my laptop screen cracked, I looked around to find a good price with no luck, until i contacted NCS Tech got the quote price instantly i went drop off my laptop and it was repaired and back within the week. The staff at Neighbor Computer were friendly and easy to comunicate with, Will use them again.

I dropped water by accident into my keyboard. Micro center charged me a lot to fix the problem. So lucky that I didnt decide on it and went to Neighbor Computer via my friend. They charged reasonable price and fixed it within an hour. I highly recommend it to the public.
