Needed tech help after not being able to resolve a very frustrating problem with the audio and hardware on my laptop. I called San San Computer to access the difficulty and then brought my computer in. The tech Steve listened and observed the difficulty I was having with patience and actual interest. I thought I would have had to leave my computer to be repaired for some days due to the problem but to my shock my laptop was expertly repaired by Steve and returned to me within the hour !!!!!! This was amazing. !!!! I am sooo grateful to have my computer back right away and repaired so efficiently and professionally. I will be going to San San Computer for any computer problems from now on !!!

cant be trusted,. first of all, very bad attitude. and bad job. they failed to back up data to my brand new hard driver as promised, it still sealed by plastic bag. and the window is too slow to be do any thing. we have to reinstall window 8.1 by our self. and it takes two days. for $60. we wasted time and trips and have to do that job by our self again. its very disappointed when you got that kind of attitude and poor service. only reason for me to come here is that I believe the reviews here. but finally realized that even reviews could be fake..

I already expressed my satisfaction with this store especially my experience with Mr. Allan Kinkela when I bought appliances & bedding he provided me extraordinary service but that was not all because he kept giving the best service when I needed help with delivery especially by changing the dates amazingly he continue providing great help this salesman device is priceless when you go there just ask for Allan and I guarantee you would be the happiest shopper in Bayside

Just want to keep this short and sweet - Patient service at a fair price. No gimmick. No disguise. No hyped up prices. Hardworking technician who saved laptop from the evil virus (sadly my saved documents had sacrificed). Happy ending with a returned laptop at home. Thinner wallet with life lesson learned - the Internet is a dark, dark place.

This a good electronic repair store. They also carry accessories. I came here 5 times already for the same phone lol. I shattered the glass on my iphone 5c 4 times, and dropped it in Harrahss Pool Party in AC once. They give u a good estimate on both the price, and time of the repair. I highly recommend trying this place out :)
