This place is garbage. I brought my laptop to them fully charged and with a keyboard that wasnt working. They had it for 48hours and the technician wasnt able to get to them at any point because he was "working on other projects". The manager/phone sales guy who took my laptop said the tech would call me with updates and he only did once to ask me to bring in my charger. I brought it in and they said they would call me within an hour. Three hours later I call and the phone sales guy says my laptop isnt charging. I get there and he has no explanation of whats happened, how it stopped charging, what theyve been able to do. The tech supposedly hasnt gotten around to it but somehow now both the keyboard and battery arent working. Their centralized phone customer service line is a lie, its just a bunch of automated sales pitches, I couldnt get through to an actual person. It seemed like a good place to buy an unlocked smartphone but perhaps take the computer repair part out of your name.

So long overdue but this review will include how well the work has held up not just the greatest service Ive ever had ANYWHERE. Thanksgiving over two months ago I was stuck at JFK with a computer that only had a Russian system running on it.....(had many other problems too) but Stephanie and the computer guru extraordinaire took it beyond new without any problems (@ reasonable $$$) Been 10 weeks now and I use it everyday and couldnt be happier with their work........real kind people and good music too! .Sorry its so late I sincerely send a big thanks. Thanks!!! ,John

I was a bit concerned about the ratings, but I went there just today to see if I could save myself a trip further out. I not only saved that trip, the guy working there saved me serious money too. My external drive needed a new case. I had contacted another place who had made the issue out to be far worse and were going to charge me much more. This man even guided me on a good case to order and didnt charge me, he did offer to fix the case for 25 dollars. Thank u sir!

This is a real true review, their was this young girl with glasses that work there and she was very helpful and made the process quick and easy when i broke my samsung j7.
