I could not even get my laptop to them. The person on the phone was unprofessional and seemed disgruntled. When I attempted to take my laptop to their "lab", the address was a house with two doors for the same house number. I rang both bells and called their number several times with no answer. I think I upset his neighbors hired help. I bet they are cheap and may have quality service, but I dont want to waste my time. I wish the guy had explained the house situation to me or at least answered his phone.

I have no words... Computer-Repair-Brooklyn fixed my broken laptop screen and upgraded my hard drive and operating system for a very affordable price. They are very professional. Excellent overall experience, I will defiantly come back.. thank you very much for everything.. I would rate you guys with more stars if there was such an option :)

I was in a panic last weekend when my five year old IMAC did not start up. I called Computer Repair of Brooklyn, they took the computer right away, diagnosed the issue (dead hard-drive) and repaired it in one-day. This is a great place, the service is amazing and the prices are more than reasonable!

Can in with a piece of my previous charger stuck in my laptop from it falling took the small poece out in seconds and did it all for free, most trustworthy computer store in Brooklyn with dair prices. 10/10 would go again. -Kenny
