The damage my brakes sustained from the hack job Meineke did not only cost me hundreds of dollars but almost cost me my life. In early April I casually stopped into this place for brake work as I was visiting family and was not familiar with the area. 3 1/2 months later one of my outer bearings is completely unrecognizable due to incompetent and negligent installation. I have attached a picture of what a normal bearing looks like and what my bearing looked like after 104 days of use after being installed by this place. I had to pull off the road frantically after losing partial control of my steering. The sound coming from my front right wheel was terrible as well as the sensation it gave throughout the rest of the vehicle due to its malfunction. My rotor/bearings were frozen. Had this happened 20 seconds earlier while I was on the highway I couldve been killed. My truck was undriveable and had to be towed. The independent mechanic who I took it to, who is a very well respected member of our community, said the bearings were improperly installed. The boys at this shop said the problem was caused by a defective part and they were not at fault. Time after time, this shop kept stringing me along with promises of taking action to help me but never following through. They said they would call my mechanic to see what he said. They never did, and refused to do so. They said they would call me back to update me on the resolution of this incident. They never did. They said that they would have a parts representative look at the components in question to arrive at a fair compensation. That never happened. They also would not let me talk to the owner. The only time I heard from them is when I called them. I urge you to stay away from this place. They do not care about decent customer service or good business practices and they will lie in order to save themselves.

I needed an oil change, but my regular place was booked. Looked online for a place nearby and found this place. Set an oil change appointment online an hour before going, and got in one hour after they opened. They had a great coupon available. Typical, no frills waiting room. Had me out within 30 minutes. Only hitch was when the cashier assumed it needed 6.8 quarts, which was $8 more. Be aware that just because it says there is a time slot available, call ahead just to verify. The cashier says the slots arent saved in real time, so there can be issues with double- booking.

Went here to have a new exhaust system for my Volvo XC70. The district manager, Don, and mechanics were very polite and explained what needed to be done by showing me exactly what work was needed and giving me clear options. I was surprised how quickly they completed the work and am happy with the results. I also like the lifetime guarantee which gives me the peace of mind that I can have the system fixed again for free if there is trouble. Waiting room could be updated a bit, otherwise great. Thanks!

I have to say I was a bit taken back when they double the amount of brake service requested without a phone call for for proper authorization to proceed. And they did not place my spare back in my vehicle so now I have to make a trip back to retrieve it.

Went here for an oil change on Saturday, a little later I was looking for something in my center consul and found there were some personal items missing. The mechanic apparently thought it was OK to go through my car and help himself. DO NOT GO HERE.
