Casey, the manager of this location, is one of the most knowledgeable, efficient, and personable mechanics that you will ever do business with. He and his crew deliver nothing less than professional 5 star experiences, including accurate diagnostics and great prices, along with speedy yet detail-oriented care for your vehicle. I recently moved to Ludlow from Saint Louis, MO. I used to do business with Lemay, MO Midas and was always very happy with the manager there, Chris was great. I went to the closest Midas shop at 1160 Boston Rd. Springfield, what a pleasant experience. The shop was very clean, they took me right in for an oil change. A special mention to Casey the manager. Im extremely pleased Midas has good people working for them. Two different locations two different states and the same outstanding service.

Thieves! I went there to have them put 2 tires on my car that I bought new some where else. After almost 2 hours I looked inside the bay area and they had my hood open on my car. My first thought is why is my hood open when they are suppose to be changing my tires! They then tell me my cars leaking oil.. My struts are leaking.. My rear shocks are leaking.. Im a mechanic! Not one of these things was true!!!!

The manager, Casey, is great. I had major problems and he took care of them all, and even stayed late so I didnt have to leave me car overnight. He was fair in the work and pricing which was great. He also doesnt try to scam you like some places. If something doesnt need to be done, he will tell you. Great guy, great work, this is my go-to place now.

Ive been taking my car to Midas for 5 years now and have never been disappointed. They are very polite, courteous and friendly. Always very honest and open, no shady business whatsoever. I went in because of a sticky brake ( I still dont know what is wrong with it.) $280.66 later and on the third visit I was being charged to do a diagnostic on the sticky brake. Bottom line is I still have the same problem and I threw away $280.66.
