These guys are very good. I use them for my 2010 altima and my wifes 2013 vw beetle. Ive been going to them for a few years now and always get straight answers. There have been times when they have done a little more than what I may have asked to be done, but upon questioning, I have found that the extra was to my benefit and more than reasonable. I feel they are looking out for my best interests when they work on my car to the point where now, I just drop it off and let them do what they feel is needed. If theres something questionable that they feel should maybe be done, or maybe what I requested really isnt the best thing depending on what they find, I get a phone call. Dont let the looks of the shop put you off. Its an old place and theyve been there for ever.

There are certain people we rely on who we know will keep us healthy and safe. Primary care doctors, dentists, and, yes, auto mechanics. Although I have retired and moved to Vermont after three decades in Glastonbury, I still go back to my primary care, dentist, and car care. Glastonbury Oil & Service (more aptly Rick, John, Chris, Mark, and Ron) has given me peace of mind since 1980. In 34 years, I have never had a single bad experience. These men take pride in everything they undertake, and their track record stands the test of time. To a man, each is a true gentleman. GO&S is as good as it gets. They certainly dont need a google recommendation to boost their business, but Im still glad to be one to give credit where credits due.

These are the mechanics you can trust. Honest, hardworking, and looking out for the customer. They are great at explaining what work was performed or needs to be performed and they are very transparent. The first time I brought my car, I was treated like a long time customer. I know a number of people that use Glastonbury Oil and Service and they all rave about the service they receive.
