Horrible place to fix your car. They dont answer the phone, left them about 5 voicemails and lost count of all the times I called them. They dont call back at all. I spoke to the owner for a price to fix my car, was told to call back after I finally got through. When I called back an hour later like he told me to, I found myself leaving voicemails like crazy again and no response. Your car will seriously get more messed up waiting on these guys. The entrance is horrible. The entrance is completely blocked with cars at all times. So yea, leave your car parked in the street and hope no one hits it. One of the mechanics drives the cars like a crazy person. I witnessed him slam into another car while reversing it to park. Not too sure how safe the cars are here. Ive been 2 weeks trying to fix my car but they dont answer. They gave me a car diagnostic and that was it. I tried bringing it back but he ignores all my calls and when he actually answers and I tell him about my car he tells me to call back just so he wont answer when I actually call back again. I went because I seen it had really good reviews... Worst mistake ever. Now I have to go through this process of getting a mechanic all over again.... UPDATE: AFTER TAKING MY CAR TO A FAMILY CAR MECHANIC I FOUND OUT THAT I WOULD OF WASTED UNECESSARY MONEY. THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO FIX MY HEAD GASKET. THAT IS ABOUT ($1,000-$2,000) THAT I WOULD OF WASTED. TURNED OUT TO BE JUST A BROKEN RADIATOR, WHICH IS ALOT CHEAPER.THE OWNER WHICH IS ALSO THE MECHANIC IS FULL OF BS. THIS IS WHY HE IGNORED ALL MY CALLS BECAUSE HE NEVER CHECKED MY CAR AND GAVE ME A FALSE CAR DIAGNOSTIC. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GUY OR THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AT ALL, NOT EVEN A PENNY! THE OWNER TOLD ME IT COULDNT BE THE RADIATOR BECAUSE IT WASNT LEAKING. HE MUST BE BLIND BECAUSE MY CAR WAS LEAVING PUDDLES EVERWHERE. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO STEAL MY MONEY. HE MUST BE OUT OF HIS DAMN MIND. NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL!

Had a problem that the dealership diagnosed as being an expensive fix. Tony looked at the part and insisted that it was fine. I asked the dealership to check it more closely but after a second diagnostic test they made me change it anyway saying just condescendingly enough to be irksome that Tony didnt have their level of diagnostic tools. Turns out Tony was correct. He had my car several times, never asked me for a dime over more than a month until we figured out what the issue was (loose wire) and when he did charge me I still didnt feel like I had paid enough for the work he did. I paid several hundred dollars less than I would have paid the dealership that had to do a serious mea culpa after all was said and done. Tony took the time to get to the bottom of the problem to save me money and clearly explained to me (not at all condescendingly) what he was seeing all along the process. I had little interaction with his mechanics but whenever I did they were attentive and polite.

Tony is great... knowledgeable and honest! I was referred to him by a friend and has been one of the best references Ive ever had. Ive got a couple older cars and Tony and his guys keep them on the road and I have never felt like Im paying any more than I need to. Sometimes I feel like he should charge more, but I guess thats why his lot is full of cars needing work from people who feel the same as I do.
