Absolutely Horrible!!!!!! I caught them gouging me on replacing struts on my sons car. The original quote was for $866.00. After they looked at the car, they called to tell me it would be and additional $900.00 for 2 springs and end caps. I priced these out at a NAPA retail store for $200.00. Considering they dont pay full retail, they were adding at least $700.00 profit on top of the parts. The labor should be nothing, because you have to remove the springs and the end caps to replace the strut. These guys are thieves!!!!! When I confronted them, they dropped the price $120.00. I argued with MIke the Manager who then told me that they didnt want my business and that I should bring my business elsewhere. Mind you after Ive already given them $2500 in business in the last year! Mike also refused to have his manager call me or give me his information. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again. Theyre a bunch of rip-off artists and they got caught by someone who did their homework and checked costs. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere and save your money.

I stopped in after getting a flat on I91 and wanted to see if they could patch my tire so I didnt have to ride on the donut spare for my 70 mile trip home to NY. The staff seemed attentive and helpful...the problem was that it took 2 hours to patch my tire! There was no sense of urgency by any of the staff. Another woman there told me she had been waiting 2 hours for 2 new tires!? It just didnt seem right. Ultimately they were able to repair my tire...for a reasonable ($21) price...but the wait was awful.

They suck I never had worse experience with just tires being put on my car tire go flat every other day I will get no were near 80 thousand miles out of them . This garage will be getting a visit from DMV when I am done with them . Been in there every two weeks wasting my weekends to have them replaced or fix . This started in Oct of 2014 . Dont know how they are doing so much business every day .

I have been using Firestone for more then 5 years. I followed John from the Waterbury store to the Wallingford store. I have an 06 grand caravan that now has 324,828 miles on it. one of the reasons that my car is running very well and still on the road is for the service of John O and his crew. Nick is the tech that mainly works on my car he is fantastic.

My sister was visiting from Colorado and needed her brakes checked before her trip home. The service team gave her an appointment that day. They found the problem was her tires and not her brakes. They replaced 4 tires and were quick, efficient, helpful & profressional. Her car was ready when promised and she was able to leave the next day.

Circumstances did not allow for a speedy fix and customer service has taken the necessary actions to correct any dissatisfaction. I would certainly make it a must for employees to start under promising when it comes to time of repair.
