I went to Hallmark Tire to get an emissions inspection. It was my first visit. My car passed its emission inspection. I noticed after I left that the leather wrapped steering wheel felt rough in one spot. After getting home on closer inspection, the rough spot was a scuff. After some leather conditioner it is 50% better. I am very disappointed with their carelessness and will not be back.
