This is the one! Not all Midas are equal. This location is busy for a reason. The customer service was fantastic from the front desk to the garage. I went in a few weeks ago knowing I would take a financial hit on a much needed new muffler. To my surprise they wanted to save me money!! They replaced only a section of the system that caused the problem. Since I spent less then expected I added a oil and bulb change. They gave a clear estimate prior to doing any work and a detailed inspection sheet of things that I might want to attend to in the future. This Midas is focused on customers!

The manager Jackie quoted me $800 for a break repair my car didnt need. When I told her I didnt want to proceed with the repairs, she told me that I had to pay $25 because they looked at my car. When I told her that I thought it was inappropriate to charge me for something I didnt get, she told me her mechanics spent 45 minutes inspecting my break system and she had to pay her mechanics. She gave me an estimate 30 minutes after dropping off my car, so again I was lied to. Super shady.

I went in to find out why my check engine light was on and I was annoyed that I was charged a diagnostic fee of well over $100. However, after leaving a negative review on here I was personally contacted by the owner who explained why his prices are the way they are and went out of his way to make sure I didnt leave the experience with a bad taste in my mouth. He was very courteous about it and I feel justified in changing my review from two stars to five.

Ive been with Midas Westbrook for 18 years now. Theres a reason for it, too: they are super easy to deal with and do good work. Also, they are HONEST, a rare virtue in a car repair shop. Jackie is practically a family friend-- she asks about my wife and kids, talks to me about my work, and gives me and everyone else personal attention. Never a bad experience with em. Use this place with confidence.

They do good work but they are very overpriced but thats typical for a big name place like this. Want really expensive go to dealership, want really cheap go to mom and pop shop, want something in the middle go here.

This is a great place to take your car for general service at reasonable prices for careful work. Not cheap. Theyve done brakes, mufflers, battery replacement, and more. As for manager Jackie -- she knows her suff
