This shop is fantastic. I recently purchased a new BMW and did not know much about these cars. The first time I called was at 4:50PM on a Friday evening (they close at 5PM). Rai, the service manager, talked to me for a good 20 minutes about things I should consider when buying a used BMW. After I purchased the car the first thing I did was bring it in for preventative maintenance. They went through this car top to bottom and gave me recommendations on what we should do now and what could wait. Rai was great to deal with through the whole process. I will not be taking my car anywhere else.

My e90 BMW over heated on the side of the road recently leaving me stranded. The next day Jim got my car in the shop right away and not only diagnosed the problem but also had the entire car checked out for other problems. The issue was with the electric water pump, a common item to fail, and even though it was short notice he had the car ready for me later that day. Im already driving the car again and Im so grateful because I know my situation could have been a lot worse. Thanks again to everybody at Autobon, and Ill be back to get those leaky shocks replaced!

These guys are great. I owe them lunch. I was under a time crunch to get some repairs done, I drove over to their shop to explain the car trouble and make an appointment. I went in and said, "heres my car trouble and that I needed the work done before the holiday weekend." They knew what it probably was, they looked at it right then and there, they were right, and in less than 20 minutes fixed my car that failed emissions. Results probably not typical, but if they can do this once...

Ill never take my car anywhere else. After being unable to get a return call from the place I usually take my car to (Mitchell) I called Auto-Bon, described the awful noise, they made an appt. for me, but asked me to stop by to make sure I wasnt going to be in any trouble before that. Not serious, so came in for appt. and 90 minutes later Im out and driving happy. What a great group! Meanwhile I STILL havent heard back from that other place...

I went to Auto-Bon for a simple repair, but the manufacturer provided defective parts on multiple occasions. I spent more than a week in an Autobon loaner at no charge and they advocated with the manufacturer to get the company to pay the expenses past the first repair. It was frustrating, but Auto-Bon did all that was possible and spent the time to keep me apprised of the situation as the ordeal ebbed and flowed. Thanks Auto-Bon.

Really fantastic customer service. This is a great shop with all around trustworthy and down to earth people. I even got to play with their adorable dog while waiting for them to diagnose my vehicle. They were very patient when I went out of town and had to leave my car with them without having paid them for their service. Overall a first-rate shop which Im very glad to have discovered.

Auto-Bon is the best independent auto repair facility. Recently my Subaru Outback was leaking fluids and they were able to arrange an appointment for the next day. They fixed a problem with the harness in the drivers side door of my Jeep and I have been in good shape ever since. Jim seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy and the price was fair. Very knowledgeable mechanics and friendly, attentive service. Sometimes they over commit and then the service isnt completed on time. Nonetheless, if you have a BMW, Mercedes, VW or other European car, theres probably no better place to bring it in the Farmington Valley.
