I recently had my car repaired at Firestone in Moriches. While making my payment I told the kid ringing up the bill to put $100 on this credit card and the remaining on another. We began to BS with the Manager Nick and the kid handed me a charge slip with the full amount on the first card. Nick the manager told his employee that he had made a mistake and to refund the charge and do it over correctly. After 6 days I had still not gotten my refund back. I called and spoke to Nick (the manager-possibly owner) and told him of my dilemma. He let me know that it could take 6-10 and possibly 30 days for the refund to come back to me. I asked him if he could call his merchant services company and expedite the refund. (since this overcharge was clearly their mistake) He said not only is he not interested in my refund but he had no intention of pursuing it with his credit card services company. So Im out over $400 for another couple of weeks because he couldnt be bothered with making one phone call. I know that there are a lot of crazy people out there that look for reasons to get mad. I assure you I am not one of them. I have no gripes about my repair or the price of my bill. But the lack of concern or empathy on their part is unfriendly and poor business practice. If they dont concern themselves with my pocket it makes you wonder about their estimates. They clearly dont give a F*#k. Ill never go to them again.

I had new struts and shocks installed on my vehicle by this shop. Eight months later the wheel assembly (control arm, knuckle and CV shaft) failed while driving. The mechanic who repaired this asked if the wheel assembly had recently been worked on. I told him of the strut replacement and he insisted that whoever did that work had used improper bolts to reattach the control arm, allowing it to work itself loose and resulting in a loss of control while I was driving. When confronted with this, Nick at Sky Stores said he would research the repair and get back to me. I even gave him the other mechanics phone number so he could discuss the incident with another professional. Nick has failed to call back with any explanation for his shops work or offered to reimburse me for any portion of the $1,071 follow-up repairs. Needless to say, I would not return for any work at Sky Stores in Moriches, nor recommend this shop to anyone else. I had to give my review one star or else it wouldnt post...

I was searching the internet for tire reviews & pricing. After all my research, it came down to Mavis & Firestone. They were both local & had great pricing. Firestone (Sky) of Moriches had the better pricing for my 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage original equipment tires so i went with them. Im so glad I did because the service & treatment was spectacular. I cant put a price on how well they treated me & my vehicle. Lamar greeted me & got my car right in. Eddie & David mounted & balanced my new tires and performed a full synthetic oil change. All while i sat & made small talk with Sam. They really are genuine and made me feel valued as a new customer. Great job guys! See you at my next oil change & tire rotation interval. For anyone doing research, this is the place you want to come for any vehicle maintenance. Plus there is a diner right next door if you want to grab a bite to eat while your vehicle is being serviced. Hands down... the best place around!

Well i was up the block at this other mechanic shop accross from wendys and you wont believe how nasty the oranged faced woman was behind the counter ..and her nasty mechanic..friend..so i left came to firestone..wow like night and day..they got me in right away..they were pleasant and cheaper than the nasty mechanic with something up his ass attitude..shop...they were on point professional and i found my new mechanic shop..most of all very honest cant seem to find that anywhere...i recommend you try them out you will def be pleasantly suprised..excellent theyll be seeing me again!! That other shop was truly scandalous .i might not have found firestone..if it wasnt for there wanna be mechanic shop its obvious they dont know how to run a shop.thank god .so thanks to you i found firestone..up the road the other way !

My family and I have been going to this location for 10 years. The service is always great and as always a job well done. Nick is always helpful with knowing what my car needs, I am a young girl who can easily be taken advantage of without knowing anything about cars but Nick always does the right thing by me and my car. I would recommend this place to everyone !!

I came in, had excellent service, I needed an oil change on my BMW and I go only to the dealer but after coming here for tires I had seen how great their quality and customer service was. Needless to say they had the right oil, filters, and tools to have me in and out. Couldnt be happier with the service

went in with a new oil pan first oil change left with a leaking plug had to kick n fight to get it fixed after being yelled at and cursed athorrible owners there... finally fixed it now they messed up my rear seal thx firestone for the horrible business

Nick and his guys did a great job on my truck! They did a 2 inch lift with rims and tires. Im very happy I went with Nicks suggestions for the truck. Overall a great experience. I will be going there for all my auto needs!
