I Will never go there again. They scam customers over there. My car required a less then a minute (tightening for a bolt) fix, They told me itll take up to 90 minutes of work, I believed them, and said Okay. Within 30 seconds of authorizing to go ahead, I knocked the Bay (work) area and when no one answered, I entered and noticed my car still on the ground and three mechanics are smoking cigarettes next to my car. So, I told them I dont want the fix and I dont think tightening of a bolt will require 90 minutes wroth of labor. If you want me to give you some money as a TIP for FREE estimate. I dont mind. The manager there told me that the car is already fixed. I wondered how come it got fixed in just under one or hardly two minutes. He said dont worry, we fixed it while we were giving you FREE estimate. Dont worry about the 90 minutes $150 labor, just pay me $45 dollars. Lesson learned, If I had never went in the back room, they were gonna make me wait 90 minutes while car was already fixed in less then two minutes. I would have appreciate them more, If they had initially told me that itll take less then two minutes to tighten a bolt and we will charge you $45 for that work. I would have no problem. But instead they lie and made stories.

Couple days ago i went there to change oil and mount winter tires on. Appointment was for 2pm. Some time past 3pm they managed to get my car in. I asked the manager (3x) and the mechanic (1x) to let me know when they get the tires off as i wanted to take a look at the condition of the front brake pads, also mark the tires which one belongs where. So finally 5.30 i get out of there just to get some nasty surprises: 1. They didnt mark the tires so i dont know now where they belong. 2. On the rear tire didnt screw the valve stem all the way in so i got a flat tire and had to take care of that myself as i was stranded at my house in the morning. Also as I was there one guy came in and he got slapped with $700 bill that be wasnt expecting and the manager talked him into thinking that it was the poor guys fault that they had to do so much work, he kept mumbling about the discounts and brakes he gave to the poor guy and loads of stuff they did on the car that he wasnt charged for. Overall quite unpleasant experience, would not recommend this guy to anyone.

I dont know if theyre under new management or what...but I took my car into them on November 24th to have my mufflers looked at (I had been rear ended, and the bumpers were bent) they got it in quick, and got it on a lift, then brought me back and showed me the damage. I had hoped to be able to have the bumpers bent back, but that wasnt possible, and they showed me exactly why. I then attempted to get in touch with the Insurance company handling my claim, but was told the mechanic had to fax over a supplement sheet. On November 26th, I stopped back in, and Chris did just that for me. Then finally on November 28th the adjuster made an appointment to meet with me and Chris at the garage, which was not a problem for Chris. After a price was agreed upon, they got my car on the lift right away, and had my car fixed quick. Overall: I thought they were great! Worked with me and helped me through the process being friendly the whole time through, and got the work done quickly, but it was done well.

Absolutely terrible! Took my car in for a 1 day estimated clutch job. Took nearly 4 days to get back, with no good explanation why it took so long, and clutch doesnt work right! Im afraid to take it back to get them to do it right.

Do not walk away. RUN AWAY. How they are allowed to do business like they do is unbelievable. Was scammed about my exhaust system and they look at you like they did you a favor.
