Its just funny to me that every time I go in for something as simple as an oil change something bigger ends up happening. Last week it was "your transmission pan has a hole in it and theres no fluid it leaked out everywhere itll be $200 to fix". Thats weird cause theres no indication on my parking spot where something has leaked, it hasnt been shifting any different. Went for new front brakes, "oh the whole braking system is bad youll need new drums and rotors and calipers itll be $900." The next month I go to change the oil and have the tires rotated and they say "your brakes are cutting into the calipers well need to fix that itll be $200." So I proceed to inform him that not even a month ago they did a complete brake job so if its messed up they need to fix it. "Oh youre right we did well well fix it for free." Damn right you will. They didnt realize cause normally its my fiance that takes the car and uses her number but this particular time I used my number so they didnt realize I had been here before. There were many more problems but its too long to list. So dont go here. Theyll just screw you over.

My girlfriend JUST went to talk about about an issue with her exhaust. She was referred there by her mechanic. They told her what the problem was and provided an estimate. Suddenly she also had a radiator problem that HAD to be fixed. She leaves so she can take it to her mechanic to look at and ended up smoking on the way out. She had to turn around and drop off the car to get it repaired. I get the call from her after this was all done. I drove that car earlier in the day without any issues. I know some of the problems but no where noticed over heating or low coolant. This is insane. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that there was a legitimate issue that just went to the worst case scenario as she drove out of the parking lot BUT it sounds like BS to me. I had to vent. This is a true story. I am going to stay out of it because she wants me to not worry about it. I will respect her decision but after reading the other reviews here there has to be something going on over there. BE CAREFUL!

I had bought a car off Cargurus inline and it was delivered to my house in a dangerous, undriveable condition from Dallas Texas. I was hurt that a dealership would take advantage of a honorably discharged veteran the way Auto net of Dallas did. In stepped Meinike with Mike the service manager leading the way. They fixed my car of some really major issues and worked with me on prices as well. Mike even stayed over because I needed to get a ride to come pick my car up and he had stuff to do! I cant say enough about these guys including the owner and all the guys in the shop are just fantastic. Will be taking my car back there for a paint job in a few days and get a couple of dents out because I trust their judgent, knowledge and work.

Rich, the manager of Meineke in Wallingford, exhibited exemplary customer service skills today when he listened to my concerns about replacing my rotors and brake pads on an older model vehicle and my anxiety where finances were concerned. Rather than let me leave and research pricing from other auto repair shops, he negotiated with me for a fair and equitable price point. If it wasnt the professionalism and compassion that Rich showed, I would have walked out the door to explore other options. I am thrilled to recommend Rich and Meineke Car Care, Wallingford, when having your vehicle serviced.

I went for a simple replacement of break pads. I was told I needed to pay $800+ to replace my rotors as well. I was told that the rear rotors were so badly damaged that they could not even measure the thickens of them. They also said I had to hurry up and make my decision because they had to "order parts". I found out that this was a scare tactic since my car was done later that day. They showed my old rotors and they looked fine. I was too stupid to call these scumbags out on their scam at the time so I ended up paying. Don go here.

I went there because my there was a problem with the brakes in my car. They said they had to replace the brake pads, rotors, drums and master cylinder for $1200. I got my car back and opened the hood of it and they did not replace the master cylinder I requested my money back and the manager there gave me my money back for the master cylinder. A year later my brakes are crunching and I bring it to another shop who tell me none of these parts have been replaced in the past few years. They completely stole my money.

Great service and always able to accommodate my schedule. Have been here a couple of times for oil changes and miscellaneous maintenance services. They do a great job on time and for much less than the dealership. No reason to go anywhere else.

Horrible service, very unapproachable attitude from the getco. If you want quality service without headaches look elsewhere, plenty of other A grade friendly service places for less $$$.
