I dont even want to give this shop 1 star because that would be too generous. They are horrible scam artists that will overcharge you and take you for all your worth, but thats not what this review is about. My boyfriend previously had worked at Meineke and once the store owners George & Georgey saw that it was me and my boyfriend who were there for my interlock calibration which takes FIVE-TEN minutes (no appointment necessary- you just walk in), they refused to service me and my car. At first they said I needed an appointment, but I had called them earlier that morning and they said just come in before they closed at 2. I came in at 1 and gave them plenty of time to do the calibration. And then his story changed and he didnt have the proper technician in to do the calibration, but a proper technician is unnecessary because you just take the device and put it in a docking station so it can update. My boyfriend went in to see the shop foreman in the back (Nikki which is a great guy), he said he was able to do the calibration and would do it no problem. I went back into the shop and said that to Georgey & George and then their story changed AGAIN and they said that they just didnt want to service my car. I wasted 1.5 hours driving today because they refused to service me after intoxalock had already set up with calibration with them for todays date and then I had called and gave them a heads up that I was coming. I am reporting this location to headquarters and the better business bureau for discriminatory business practices. Totally unprofessional here and I would not recommend to anybody that is looking for professionalism and quality work.

I went for a simple oil change on my car but it was just a complete waste of my entire day, I spoke with Scott and I told him all I wanted was a oil change, 6 hours later after I dropped for some odd reason they havent even looked at my car, so when I asked Scott why is this taking so long for a oil change and his direct response to me was "Im here until 6 PM and I will get the car done before my shift is done" this happen on a Tuesday which you will think must be a very busy day..but for some reason after I went to get my car after I told them to just forget the oil change,the parking lot was empty and and no customer where waiting inside so I dont understand why my car was just sitting at the lot for hours.

I was pleased to be able to walk in and get an oil change on the spot at 8:00 am. The sign outside boasts $14.95 and I noticed there was no disclaimer. I found out later that indeed there are additional charges that are not noted on their banner. The inside of the store and restroom were filthy. The clerk did not know if the $10 rebate would be a Visa card or a Meineke gift card so at this point I was thinking that I should have just left as I didnt want to be locked into coming back to redeem it. Oil change was quick. At checkout the clerk explained that he was out of rebate papers so he just took $10 off the final cost. Kudos

I walked in for an oil change. They got me in within a few minutes. They advised me a few things needed attention. The gentleman took me out to the car and showed me the problems. I needed brakes and some other minor things. I couldnt wait has someone waiting at home. He offered me a ride home and to be picked up. Meineke was very helpful, the pricing was fair, and the service was great!!! I will keep returning due to the great service!

Tried to get emissions done and Tech gave me a hard time with a rattling from my AC unit, poor attitude and a No Can Fix attitude, went to Mikes Auto in Newington, CT and my truck passed with no issues. WOW... Did you ever wonder why Monroe across the street is always packed with customers and nothing for Meineke???

Would not accept coupon and charged full price for breaks. Manager acts really nice till you get upset. Also spoke to another person whos review here somehow vanished... They stated they broke their car and refused to fix it, blaming it on the car. Seriously dont go here!

I went there for a quote on my exhaust, they did not put it on a lift and quoted me $200 over any quote I received. He also treated me like I was stupid stating "your first issue is you dont have a muffler on the car" no s*** why did he think I was there?!?!

3rd time I made an appointment and yet it still took an hour to get my oil changed. The guys that work there r nice but you do I have to wait when I make an appointment???

Inaccurate charge on labor. Charged 4x the labor that was actually performed. Also did not work on the car for 2 hours letting me just wait. Go to Monro across the street.

Got the $14.95 oil change deal, took 30 minutes and cost $19 after fees and taxes. Overall a good experience.
