this place is unprofessional and will leave you breaking down after service. also I advise you check your repair work immediately after pickup to make sure they didnt leave chicken wire holding your reservoirs to the car... even if you break down in front of this place, do yourself a favor and push it to the next shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR FOREIGN CAR(S) HERE!!!!!!!! Frank should be ashamed to know how his people are handling his business. PS: the majority of the good reviews are friends of their family lol.... Update in response to Nicole... yes I have a great deal of frustration, you ripped me off several times. And no, I never have worked at any auto repair place, never mind an ex-employee of yours. Also, forget your warranty, after what happened you still charged me and claimed it was something else...

Will not go back. I scheduled an oil change and then it turned out a $900 some bill. They told me that I had to change the timing belt and the swave bar. I did so since I didnt have time shopping around so I trust them the price was fair. They also replaced a new light in the back. The old one had a crack but was still functional. What annoyed me is when I got the bill I found out they replaced the windshield wippers without telling me. I would have gone to Auto Zone and bought the windshield wippers and installed myself. That would be a lower than the price they charged me. The light they replaced becomes foggy when it rains. Not sure what that is. Anyway, If you have extra money to spend you can go there. They focuse on making money from you rather than providing practical solutions.

V & F has ALWASY taken care of my car.They make sure the jobs doen right the 1st time & IF there is a problem with the repair,they make it right.They always recomend what might be need repair wise in the near future 7 NEVER just throw out possible future repairs as " needed imn. " UNLESS it is actually IHGLY recemnded the repair might efffect your safety.They ahve alwasy treated me right.they offer a driver to pick you up or drive you home/office if youre car has to stay for any needed repair. You can nto go wrong dealing with V&F Auto.I left for about a year for "cheaper" labor cost elsewhere & I 100% regreted it!.Might have saved $ on labor BUT the repair job was done 1/2 !@$@ & I ALWASY hadda go back numerous times to get the other places repair redone.I wont leave V&F Aucto again!

They havent let me down yet! When I make an appointment, that is when they take me, not an hour later. What else can I add? Great service, AAA approved, two year warranty on their work, clean waiting room, free car wash, pleasant staff, daily paper, popcorn, Keurig machine! No idea what the previous rater is talking about: they always give you an estimate and get your approval before doing any work. My most recent experience involved a last minute emergency repair, and they got me right it. Other places wanted a week or more to schedule an appt., which would have left me dead in the water. Thank you V&F!!!

They are honest, professional and dependable. I had brought a car from a different dealership that had issues when I brought it. The dealership that sold me the vehicle was giving me the run around and not trying to do the repairs. I called V&F explained my concerns and they helped me. They looked at my vehicle and contacted the other dealership to helped me understand problems I was having with the vehicle. They also referred me to associates that could help me. Go here if you want great service.

Took my 11 year old truck to V & F for the first time this week after finding them online. It had failed the State emissions test and I needed to see what needed to be fixed to pass. Although the repairs were extensive, Scott provided friendly, timely customer service and walked me through my options. Not only was their inspection thorough, but he happily walked me through the pricing, options for repair and suggestions to get my truck road-ready again. I highly recommend V & F Auto. Kudos!

Disappointed. I went here off a recommendation however was not met with the same customer service or excellency. I was told they take walk ins of which I was informed they do not take any. They are fully booked for the next day and I had a time sensitive situation. They couldnt help me and I brought my vehicle to another shop. Everything was handled professionally with the situation however I felt the gentlemen was very cold and unwelcoming. I dont feel I will ever return.

I went in to have a tire plugged as there was a screw in it. I had never been here before - so to entice me to come back, they pleasantly surprised me when they told me it was on the house - no charge!!! I was given a loyalty card for oil changes also. Great things - they made quick work of a "walk-in" emergency, the facility is clea and beautifully decorated, complimentary coffee/tea, a big screen TV to pass the time, and the staff was very friendly. Super impressed!!

Terrible customer service. They deceived me by charging me for a service that they didnt even fix the problem. They are a rip off. Do not service your car here. They were charging $500 to fix the AC in my car. They charged me money just to diagnose problem. They refused to accept my credit card for payment when they clearly accept them. They made me go get cash from an ATM. Awful lying cheats! I will never service my car here ever again. You are criminals!

Great Service and knowledgeable employees. I have been bringing my vehicles there for a few years now and i have never been let down. They always make sure i am satisfied before i leave, and follow up with emails and questionaires when i leave to see if there was/is anything they could have done better. It shows me how much they are commited to the quality of their service. I have never had to go back for the same reason twice.

My car battery died in the worst snow storm of the season. I used V and Fs website Service Scheduling feature as well as left a voice mail AT 9PM LAST NIGHT. Within moments I received an email assuring me that they could assist me first thing this morning. I am in their beautiful waiting area with a cup of coffee and professionals taking care of my automotive needs. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE!

First-rate customer service: discussion of what needs to be done and why, clear estimates, full review of all charges for work completed, ease of making appointments, reliable shuttle service, very open to discussing customers concerns and so much more. Am very happy with repairs and maintenance done by V&F mechanics. Wanting to keep my car problem-free, I choose V&F to keep it in shape.

High focus on customer service. Their lobby was very comfortable and welcoming. The people were friendly, willing to listen to what I perceived to be the issue with my vehicle. They called once they had diagnosed the problem to get an ok to proceed with the repair. They even provided me with a ride to and from work. I will continue to bring my car to V & F for maintenance in the future.
